Do not work with this company. I was looking at a car and when you tell them you are buying a car they are the nicest people in the world. There is a sales manager named Andy whom will not give you the time of day when you need to buy a car. The sales representative Andy referred me to was Cody. These two together will not at all make a sale possible for you. I started calling around 8:30 am with my bank so that they can figure out how to wire the money. They were nothing but sketchy. I called and called, my bank even called and was confronted by Andy stating "Cody is busy, call or dont call I really dont care." At this point I was still trying to purchase this car they had on the lot was specifically a GL550 given the rude circumstances. It is not 2:03 PM. I had been trying to reach this guy since this morning at which he tells me, "I just got back to the office and the car is SOLD." Those were the words of Cody the sales rep. Now I got all the documents and paperwork emailed to me the day before and I even sent the guy a text around 6 am saying "Call me so we can close on the car". They honestly are full of themselves apparently and the only reason I am even writing this review is because people that dont give a time of day about you as a customer should not even be in a business to sell people. They are in the business to screw people. Dont do it, find the car somewhere else. If will be well worth it.

Karl Stomberg and Cody York over at Crave Luxury in The Woodlands are nothing short of TOP SHELF. If youre considering buying a High End Car, make sure you give them a call FIRST. Ive recently purchased my 2nd Lamborghini from Crave Luxury in the span of 18 months. Getting to this dealership and home is a 6-7 hour round trip drive for me and still, its totally worth the trip. My buying experience was beyond amazing 2X in a row. Every member of the staff is knowledgeable and super friendly. When you walk in to look (or buy), you know they want you there and you are treated as such. I wish more places could get the car-buying-experience right like they do here. I picked up my most recent Lamborghini on the night of 11/25/2015 which happens to be the day before Thanksgiving. Due to rush-hour/holiday traffic in Dallas, I was running behind schedule and they kept the dealership open after hours to accommodate my schedule. Best car buying experience I have ever had and Ill be back for Lamborghini #3 next year.

We bought our H2 in November 2015, it was a wonderful experience, we will definitely go back. Dieter was super, he helped us get the best deal on the trade, we confirmed the trade value with another buyer. We wanted to upgrade from our H3 in order to take our road trips in more comfort, and with more storage space. The car we bought had less then 15k miles on it, great condition, the only thing we have done to it since we bought it was upgrading the entertainment and navigation system. We could not be more happy with our purchase. Comparing to the experiences weve had with other car dealers, new cars and used, it is like night and day. Their inventory was something special, when we are ready to buy our few luxury roadsters we will definitely go back, or call ahead and let them know what we are looking for. Thanks Luxury Auto!

Just recently bought my RR Ghost here. I had some concerns at first because I had the car shipped to my House in New York sight unseen. One of the salesmen said that we could facetime and that he would show me every detail on my Ghost. The car looked great on facetime, looked even better when I took delivery. The Team at Crave Luxury had my car professionally detailed before it shipped out. I was very impressed with everything. They told me exactly how the car was and that I would have no regrets.(the car came exactly as promised) My only regret is not finding these guys sooner! 5 stars.

I bought my Corvette Zo6 from Crave Luxury Auto. What a pleasant experience! I was greeted at the door with a hand shake and a bottle of water. WOW what a showroom! When you walk in its like you are in another world. Beautiful cars, Top Notch sales associates all around great buying experience. They were very knowledgeable when I had questions concerning the car. You could tell that they have a passion for cars. I will buy more cars from them in the near future. I rate Crave Luxury a 10 out of 10. I Highly suggest buying your next car from here!

Went in to look at some AMG Mercedes, and was pleasantly surprised that they had a number of different options of not only Mercedes, but other exotics as well that were in the same price range. Everyone was very friendly, knowledgable, and professional, especially the sales guy I was working with, Dieter (a German no less!). I didnt end up making a purchase there, but I certainly would in the future, as they treated me much better than other foreign dealerships in the area!

This place is awesome! I come here quite often just to admire the cars they have in their collection. Cody Yorks greets me almost every time. The environment is great. It feels very relaxing to just walk around, look at the cars, and listen to the music. I have seen customers come in and they know how to treat a customer right, unlike a lot of other dealerships Ive seen where the customer is bombarded and harassed.
