They were nice enough and seemed fair when we bought the car. They were a little slow on paperwork and dropped the ball on getting our license plate to us on time, but the biggest problem was discovered later. The car we bought looked too good, so we asked if it had been painted and they said no. Long story short, we discovered that it had not only been painted, but the burning "oil" we kept smelling was due to the entire under carriage and pipes of the car being sprayed with bed liner to hide the rust. The body paint that they said they didnt do also began to bubble and eventually revealed rust as well. They also covered A/C leak with a shot of freon and we ended up having to replace the compressor soon after. We just traded this car in and the manager at another dealership was from up North and said that it was obvious that the car had been through the salt and ice up there and they had tried to hide the rust to sell at market price. We lost money on our trade in because he said he would have to sell it at auction. Beware, do your homework and if it looks too good to be true...walk away.

I never do reviews, BUT these two gentlemen deserve for the world to know it was the best service I have ever had buying a car! They are honest and caring people. I never had the opportunity to ask questions about the car because Sammy was open from the very start. He told me about the car-fax and about the scratch on the bumper. I trusted him from the start! This is the fourth car that I have bought off the internet, sight unseen, and I feel they were right on target with explaining every detail to me about this car. I left there asking them to look for me another car, that is satisfaction! If you are looking for a GREAT used car and AWESOME service, call these guys. I purchased a Mercedes GL from them. When I asked if they were ok if I took the vehicle to be inspected independently, they were fine with it. The inspection uncovered a couple things that MBK wasnt aware of (MBK only had the car for 2 days when I came in...I know that because I saw it on the auction lot before they bought it). We negotiated a fair price, and all is well a month later. No problems at all and would buy here again. At the end of the day, they were about 35% less than I could get it for from anywhere else, and they were great to work with.

Purchased a vehicle from them a few months ago and the experience was great. Good communication and quick service. In and out within 3 days. Sami is a great businessman that will take care of you with the utmost degree. Hes even stopped in the middle of his lunch to come meet me. Small business but everyone has to start somewhere and theyre doing it right. Highly recommend anyone to check out their inventory and make a trip. AWESOME is all I can say! Sam was great to work with and a stand-up guy. I came from South Carolina, purchased a Lexus and Sam made everything easy. They even replaced rotors when they didnt have to so I appreciated that gesture. I drove home (14hrs) with no issues at all. He also offered to pick me up from airport. We purchased a Lexus here and it was a wonderful experience. Ahmed, Sami and Kattya are all very nice and honest people! We love the car we bought. It is a second hand car but is in great condition. There are a couple of minor issues which were fixed before selling to us. Kattya is a lovely girl and extremely helpful. I would likely recommend MBK Auto Group - a great dealer!
