I brought a 2004 Honda Civic from Universal Auto Credit about 3 weeks ago for my high school daughter. When we first saw the car on the internet, we fell in love because this was the exact car she had wanted. I immediately called and spoke with Tedj Dahmani to get more information. He was very kind and helpful and even held the car for us since we were coming from another state. As promised, the car was there upon our arrival, shinning and ready to go. I especially liked that the dealer took detailed pictures of the car inside and out, so what you see is what you get. I cannot express how refreshing it was to have dealt with a business that keep their promises and provided excellent customer service. I can truly say that I would recommend them to anyone that is looking to buy a quality used car. I will be giving them my business again, as I have another daughter that will be needing a car in a couple of years.

Drove 3.5 hours to see a car and was a total waste. The owner of the lot who goes by name "Jimmy" lied about car condition and was disrespectful when we asked why he didnt disclose all defects on phone. "Jimmy" who is palestenian also had things to say about different ethnicities and their car choices, made me really uncomfortable. Very unprofessional and would never recommend anyone.

The worse customer service ever. The owners of the place were unprofessional. They were speaking to my husband rudely for asking about the car and how it needed some work since my husband is a mechanic. They told us they wouldnt even lower the price not even for a dollar. Save your time dont even bother going here. They will most likely rip you off with cars that need a lot of work.

I saw this dealership on the internet and thought that the good reviews were too good to be true(because of previous experiences), but I was mistaken. This was a pleasant and successful car buying experience. The car was in great condition and very well kept. Will definitely recommend going to this dealership when seeking a affordable car. I almost didnt go here because I thought the prices were too good to be true, and that something had to be wrong with the cars. Glad I decided to check it out anyway - ended up getting an awesome car that was super clean at a great price. The process of buying it was very smooth and easy! Definitely planning to buy from them again in the near future.

I give UAC 5 stars I had no problems when I went to get my car...I was looking for a Saab and this lot came up.. call to see if it was still there and I was told yes come on by and check it out, so glad I did money well spend... have not had one problem with my car its been almost a year now....great little cash car lot.

Ive been meaning to come here and make a review on Universal Auto Credit in Houston. I bought a car from here in late October 2011 and it has been running real good since then, havent had any major problems. This isnt so much about the car, but the great price I got for it. I give UAC 5 stars for the deal!

Really nice people. If you want to take your car to a mechanic, they have NO PROBLEM with that! We took 3 different cars we were interested in to a mechanic and they all checked out! They even negotiated on the price. Ill defiantly recommend to someone looking for a used car.

I went there couple of times, good friendly owner, can test drive any vehicle. 2nd time i went there to check out 2010 focus. Its alignment was so bad, dealers should take care of these things before they put it on sale. Also Looks like a trustworthy dealer.

Located several cars to look at, drove an hr and a half to look at cars, 2 were at this place. Gates were closed, sign said open. Called the place several times, they never returned our calls. Do they even want to sell cars?
