Im from Florida and couldnt find the car I wanted locally, but I found it in Texas at Champs Auto Sales. I spoke with "MANNY" by phone at least 10 times before i took the trip. He walked around the car while in the phone with me checking everything in the car that I asked him for; inspecting the car as if i were there doing the inspection myself. Got every close up photo that I asked him for and when I got there, the vehicle was exactly what I envision it. MANNY is a great guy, I would definitively do business with him again

I bought a BMW for my husband. They worked literally hours finding me the best financing option with the lowest interest. The light was on when I purchased but they put in writing that they would pay to have it fixed. I waited too long, but they still agreed to have it fixed anyways. Although the sale was slightly confusing in the beginning due to a transition in their staff. Their customer service was excellent and continued to keep me satisfied. I will be making my next vehicle purchase here.

I have bought several high end cars over 60k from Champs and they have been awesome. I trust the honesty and loyalty they have for there customers so much there isnt even a need to test drive the car. My entire family have bought cars and there great guys. And mostly every one else seems to thinks so. These past two reviews dont represent Champs at all. Beware of false reviews and people trying to get over on good people.

I came to Champs auto sales and I did not buy a car. My sales called to follow up and I told him I was still shopping other dealerships, he was so nice and offered me a free advice if I buy a car else where. I did shop other places and I could not find what I needed. I went back to Champ auto sales and I bought a 2012 Mercedes C-250. I love my my car and the their customer service, Thank you Champs Auto sales.

I felt very comfortable working with Frank. There was no high pressure and he answered al my questions. Whenever I texted him I received a text back very quickly. A couple areas of small rust on the car that wasnt disclosed but it is a 13 year old car and otherwise is in great condition. I am having fun driving it around. I would recommend Champs Auto.

Gave me a fair offer on my not so great trade, had very competitive price on the Q7 I bought and everything was very smooth. Even helped us move stuff from our old to new car in the pouring rain.
