I have been a Discount Tire customer for more than 15 - 20 years. Went in today at 1:45 for a tire rotation that is included in my Certificates which I have been purchasing on all my tires. I know that the front tires at least need replaced very soon because they are very near the wear marks. I requested the tires be rotated because the better tread is in the back. The salesman insisted that I at least purchase 2 new tires. It is a 1998 Camry that I am going to be trading in within the next 2-3 months. I told him I was going to trade it in soon and just wanted the tires rotated. He said he couldnt do that. I wish I had his name but he had black hair and said that he would not rotate the tires. I told him I was the customer and wanted just the tires rotated. He said no. I told him I will never buy another tire from Discount Tire again. My 2008 Highlander is going to be needing new tires and Discount Tire has lost a lifetime customer. When are businesses and young adults realize that the customer is the boss and will take his business to places that respect the customer.

To whom it may concern, I cannot say enough about the concern, caring, and professionalism of Jon, Jimmi, Matt and Jake at the Discount Tire at Tilch and Hall Rd in Macomb County, MI. These guys went above and beyond my wildest expectations the other day! I won’t get into the specifics but, I have never seen a greater group of individuals take the needs of their customers to such a great extent. I also have never been treated so well by a business as I was the other day. Their actions were heroic (and I don’t take that word lightly). I work down by where that Discount Tire is but I live 60 miles away from there. I will now only go to that Discount Tire if I need something done! I owe these guys a great debt of gratitude. I will forever be grateful for what these guys did for me! People like this are becoming more and more rare these days. To see this many in one spot is mindboggling! If you need something done to your vehicle…..don’t hesitate to take your car there….they are honest and professional and will treat you with the respect you deserve. Regards, Josh

Be aware of this place, Ive had three bad experiences with them. First, I wanted to mount new tires on new wheels. I was specific when I told them to be careful and not to scratch anything and they did. Second time, my wife had a flat tire and they told her that there was a hole on the side and the tire needed to be replaced. I sent her to a different place and turns out that the edge of the rim had to be cleaned because that is where the leak was. Lastly, my wife went there again. Another tire was leaking from a previous plug in repair and they told her once again that this couldnt be fixed and to buy a new tire. I went to the other shop like before and they fixed it without a problem. They take advantage of people that have no knowledge on tires and just try to sell for higher prices instead of fixing the problem.

I needed new tires. I called the day before to make an appointment. It appeared to be busy when I arrived and I thought there may be a wait. I was wrong. They took care of my car right away and I was on my way home within a half a hour of arriving. Everyone was very nice and professional. They answered all of my questions. The tires are the best prices around, and you cant beat the warranty. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for tires. Ive been using them for years and this experience at this location today was just too good not to write a review!

Got my 4 new tires here,I had ordered the tires online which were not that good, the salesperson had a look into the current tires of my vehicle and recommended tires that would match to the one I had. There was a TPMS sensor that was broken and was noticed by service person, they suggested to replace it as it was a safety hazard. They whole service was quick and I was out of the store within 45 to 50 mins. Friendly staff and they explained everything clearly.

Ive been getting my tires here for several years. They always have good prices and the service is fast. Staff is helpful and the wait time to be helped is appropriate. Id have given five stars but I hate when places bug me to buy extended warranties on stuff. Little inside info... stores make more profit off the extended warranties than they do on the product they sell you... insurance is a suckers bet as they say on the Blackjack table.

Discount tire continues to amaze me everytime. I ended up having a flat tire and unfortunately the tire size on my vehicle is rarely stocked but they kept me running by giving me a loaner tire while my new tires came in; it just shows that they will do whatever it takes to ensure the client is happy and to keep you up and running. I will definitely be back and thanks Jon for the awesome customer service.

My wife had a bad experience there she went in to buy four new tires and they installed used tires. I eventually got them replaced at another location. This was two months ago. Check your tires for dirt inside the thread and also most new tires has a color band on the thread to signify tire roll out or manufacture coding.

great service! they were out from the tire type that I wanted, so they gave me discount on a tire that was a little more expensive and I ended up paying only 8 dollars more than the cheaper type for all 4 tires. The guy said it would take them 45 mins to get the tires installed, but it took them about 30 mins in and out.

Spent at least 3 hours here, it definitely shouldnt take that long for a used tire, very disappointed. They should of gave a discount for waiting so damn long. Staff was friendly and helpful, my car was just sitting there for hours till they even fixed the tire.

Phenomenal staff. The team will take their time with you to make sure youre buying the tires that best fit your vehicle, driving, and budget. They can also patch some punctures, in tires that are in good condition.

Wayy Better Than The DIshonest People At Belle Tire. I definately recommend Discount Tire! Great service & friendly staff. They Are very helpful and not greedy. They are people who care, honest and trustworthy.

First time here, was greeted by friendly staff. Needed a valve replaced, did do with no charge. They do repairs for free and offer roadside hazard with their tires. Highly recommend this place
