I only shop here once in a great while. Patio umbrella. Tea lights. Great deals on snacks - including organic. Prices on some things higher than non-discount stores. Checking out is hit or miss - can be faster or Meijer-like slow. Last time there I got stuck in slow line - slow cashier - watched 5 shoppers go through next line - including one return - while I was still in line - and not a long line! Another worker walked up as if to open the next checkout, then changed her mind and wandered around not doing much of anything. So, 10 minute wait with only 2 shoppers ahead of me. Ugh!

First time ever at Big Lots and was very impressed with the interesting mix of Marshalls, Furniture and Grocery store. Service is outstanding and even though there was a bit of a hiccup on our delivery they corrected it without hesitation on that same day eve of Thanksgiving! Impressive.

Good product selection and sometimes you can find great deals (specially in cosmetics/hygiene products). But most of the products have about the same price you would find at Meijer or Walmart.

Terrible and unprofessional costumer service. Store is nasty and has a crusty white trash aroma. Manager is extreme white trash and a rude af.
