Recently I took in my vehicle for a routine rotation. While waiting for service, I noticed the installer driving off my car to the service bay a little fast considering it was not far away from where it was parked. I didnt think much about it until after the work was done when I heard my car start and the tires squeel as he was backing out of the bay. When I stood up to see what was going on a bunch of technicians were at the back of my vehicle laughing?? I asked the tech why the tires squeeled and he said he was trying to get the car over the hump in the bay and that he gave it too much gas. He then smiled and said the car is powerful? This technician is an older gentleman, and I only say this because Im guessing hes had plenty of automotive experience, and dealt with similar cars, as they are owned by many other drivers in the area. I am sure this isnt his first day with driving a V8...and for that matter mine is an automatic, so Im really not buying his explanation. Consider I drive everyday over speed bumps to my office, I navigate up and down larger ones at Costco, and my car doesnt spin the tires exiting or entering businesses with large inclines. Discount Tire is an extremely busy place, and I hope next time for other customers an incident wouldnt happen due to a tech giving "too much gas" to back in or out. It really left me angry and Im dissapointed because I have had mainly positive experiences at other local stores. However, I will not be going back to this location, and for that matter Id rather pay competitors a couple bucks then go for a "free routine service" if thats what it will take for my vehicle to be serviced properly.

I have problem with my truck tires and I went there to get the problem resolved. I had to go twice and get 2 tires each time. The reasons are too complicated for a review. The second time around there was no paperwork on the very nice offer they made me. So I had to pay twice what the offer was. The man that told me there was no paperwork his name was Brad. But when my regular guy came his name is Gerry. He said there was paperwork and they gave me credit for $160. I thought that was outstanding. Sometimes people make honest mistakes. I have been doing business with this establishment for almost 20 years. In that time when the going got tough they always stepped up. On tire rotations they are very quick. When I used to go to their biggest competitor for my so-called free tire rotation I would have to take a nap.

Appointment at 4 pm...now its about 5 pm...on checking was told to wait for next 1hour and still not sure if job will be done..you guys are joke n your customer service too. tire changeover will not take more than 10 mins..if its taking more time probably you dont have trained folks, if you have load get more folks y waste customer time???...and add a caveat while making appointments that you will have to wait unlimited time n keep guessing whether you gonna get job done r not. No will not return here...customers who dont have choice n have load of time can afford to sit at your time smelling waiting areas...

I had my van towed to this location due to a flat front tire. I received a call at home from Sean right away. He provided the diagnostics. My tire was irreparable. I drove to the location, met with him and purchased two new tires that were installed right away. The staff was very professional and did not try to jam me up with anything I didnt want or need. I received a good tire, great service at a good price. Never was pressured and felt they appreciated my business. Great place to do business with!

Have been buying summer and winter tires from them every year and always with a little customer appreciation discount. This time I went in, placed an order and was waiting for a call back on availability as its special order. Havent heard for a week so I called in. The sales guy gave me lead time on the tires but said no loyal customer discount. After I told him they already promised me the discount he gave me an attitude. I found the set for $150 cheaper elsewhere. Will not be returning here.

When installing the new tire , they damaged the tire pressure monitoring sensor. I came in with no tpms light and left with that light on, when i called back i was told to drive the vehicle for a little bit and it will go away. I drove the vehicle for 600 miles and it didnt. Upon returning back to the store i was told the sensor has died and i have to put of pocket for that. 2ill not be buying tires here again. I have been there customer for a long time but will go to a competitor now.

Been going here for years. Belle Tire always tries to screw you on something you dont need. Discount Tire just sticks to tires - way more honest. Theyve always done me right. If it wasnt for them trying to offer siping (making small cuts in the tires) then I would give them 5 stars. Dont buy the siping bullcrap. If siping helped so much then the manufacturers would do it from the factory.

I want everyone to go to this location. I wasnt going to go because of the location and sometimes people treat the less fortunate different in those areas. However , not only did they fix my tire for free they rotated my tires for free. All the associates seem to be very knowledgeable about tires, very helpful , and just a very clean place and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Ive always had fantastic luck with Discount Tire. All of my family members ha e done all their tire shopping here,and any time we had an issue with a wheel or tire, whether or not it was any fault of Discounts, they took care of it quickly and without argument. Theyre also willing to haggle on the price as well. Long-time customer, and will continue to be.

We dropped off two cars just before a huge snow storm. The place was packed but they promised to get the winter tires fitted. They kept us updated throughout the day and we were finally notified to pick the cars up at 10pm. When we arrived back at 10 the same dedicated crew from that morning was still working. True customer service!

Great service but they didnt give me my stock lugs back, all 16 of them; wouldnt take responsibility. Found out yesterday as I changed over to my summer set of wheels and tires that they stripped 2 lugs and I had to replace my whole hub/bearing which costed me $178 just for the part. Im not sure if I trust them anymore.

Service is very poor. Ordered tires a couple weeks ago and when I hadnt received a call within a week I called and was told they must have gotten lost. They said sorry and they should be in within a few days, after 5 days still no call - I need tires not excuses so Im heading to their competition.

My friend went to get his tires rotated this morning. Afterwards the car was hard pulling to the right. So he went back to get it fixed just. An hour or so after leaving. And instead of getting his car back in right away and fixing it they. Made him wait for an hour and a half to fix THEIR MISTAKE!
