I ordered the secret garden basket (T96-2A) as a gift for a grand opening. When it arrived I was sent a picture and was sadly disappointed. I contacted the store who advised that the plants were similar in size. When I explained that it wasnt so much the plants but the basket which presented a cheap flimsy appearance, not what was portrayed on line, I was advised that "photos on line can be deceiving". I explained that I would not have ordered, if that was the presentation that would be made. The store did offer to go and replace the basket with another. So when I asked to be emailed photos of the basket which would replace and found them to be just as poor of a substitute I didnt see the point. The store would do nothing further. Not sure how advertising one thing and sending something completely different is good business. Complaint filed with BBB.

You should absolutely use Balmes Flowers for your wedding! Our guests couldnt stop gushing over how beautiful the flowers were. They were truly the most beautiful wedding arrangements we have ever seen. Thank you so much, Michele! But since I havent been able to get married yet, I thought Id just send a positive note anyway. My very favorite flower shop for any occasion.

We ordered the Beautiful in Blue bouquet for an ailing friend. Michelle was really helpful in finding us the right design. The flowers were fresh and they helped cheer-up our friend. Balmes is an excellent florist and they even email a photo so you can see what you send. 5 stars!
