I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mom for mothers day. I live in Michigan so I didnt know of any local florist in the area. I heard that Haentze was a good place to go. I ended up ordering the flowers online and had them delivered. I ordered them at like 3 or 4 pm and they had them delivered by 9 am the next morning. I was very impressed with that. However when my mom sent me a picture of them I was a little disappointed by the way some of the flowers looked. So I called and I believe I talked with Jeff. I told him that for the most part they looked good, but some of them looked a little wilted, and I wanted them to be perfect for my mom. We talked a little bit, and he ended up telling me he would make a new bouquet for her and deliver them again. I work for a jewelry company that our mission is to take care of the client, and I was glad to see that he had the same values as me when it comes to taking care of clients. Thank you for going above and beyond!

They were great during meetings, followed the pictures however flowers looked about 4-5 days old, rose heads kept popping off and the groomsmen and ushers flowers were wrong color and wrong style. The father of the brides Rose was falling apart before the service. I would not recommend this company for wedding flowers!

They were great for our wedding flowers! Lynn was awesome at making sure I got exactly what I wanted. We went by the day before the wedding and checked over everything and she encouraged me to tell her anything I wanted changed to make sure I loved it.
