The store itself is excellent! I love the Buy one get one deals! Heres the thing. Ive been overcharged almost every single time buy every cashier ive gone to (by at least $2). A lot of the times the buy 1 get 1 doesnt go through even though it is in fact the product advertised as buy 1 get 1. My last trip I was overcharged by $20. Ive had experiences when the cashier asks the person bagging to go get an item that is BOGO and the person bagging says "Well, why?" in a rude tone. So dont expect employees to care about the people who pay their checks with their buisness.

Extremely friendly staff they do not offer me for help but they do talk to me and smile and greet me some sometimes the cashier will give you a discount for not having a Winn Dixie card which is good I wish they all did that lol but the prices are good they have a lot of things that other stores around it dont I wish there was one closer to where I lived because I dont always want to drive 20 minutes just to get to items that are not found out the other grocery stores

Worst grocery store Ive ever been to. If youre gluten free, you may as well drive to a grocery store across town because their selection is ridiculous, even for folks without food allergies. I also dont appreciate that EVERY TIME I go to their store, the cashiers do not address me, but rather continue having side conversations with me standing and listening to the entire thing. Im never going back. Too many poor experiences.

I like Winn Dixie. I wish Publix hadnt run them out of Georgia. Their meats are better quality than Walmart, better priced than Publix. I especially like this locations pharmacy. It is the best run pharmacy on the MS Gulf coast! You can drop off a prescription & 90% of the time they will fill it immidiately while you wait (or shop), and have it ready for you within 10 minutes! That NEVER happens at ANY Walmart!!!!

The cashiers are rude. I was told they didnt have enough $ to receive a money order that had been sent to me. Its a busy grocery store that offers money gram, how is it possible to not have money to fill the services you offer? I explained that I was about to run out of gas and desperately needed the money so my 3 yr old and myself wouldnt be stranded and they still wouldnt fulfill their service. Ridiculous.

Most of their coolers were broken down and food being moved around. The cashier was so sweet, but poor thing was only cashier available and she had to deal with rude customers, one guy in particular standing behind us that wouldnt stop making rude remarks. We were there on a Sunday evening so Im sure other cashiers werent scheduled since it would typically be a slow evening.

I was checked out by a Savannah Travis who, because she doesnt mind bruised produce, literally threw mine down the counter so hard my apples came out of the bag. When I asked her about doing that she stated "it doesnt matter to me". Personally if I was manager if this store I would NOT want someone with this attitude working for me

I have been familiar with this location since 1997. In my opinion they have slowly improved. Customer service has always been great. The prices are higher for most products than surrounding stores. Since their promotion advertising lower prices some items have become more affordable. I only shop here when buying only a few items.

If you are reading this you should realize that in the world of grocery shopping there are multiple tiers of quality. In Ocean Springs, WD is mid-range. Rouses is nicer. Walmart is Walmart. WD is clean and has a decent selection but a little lite in the produce. It works though.

Winn Dixie is trying hard to stay competitive with all the new Walmart Neighborhood Market stores opening near by. This Winn Dixie in particular needs to do a better job of keeping the cold beer cold. The thermometer hanging from the cooler display read a warm 60°F.

Dont live in the area, live on AL MS state line, but have been stopping by there to pick up few things that we were in need of at home. Also, they have some great deals. Just make sure you know the price at other stores, be careful with the buy 1 get 1-2 free

Produce is usually about to turn pluse seems as though they switch out half fresh with half old. Little over priced on basics like butter is twice what pay else where. Although you can find deals.
