Wow, I cant remember the last time I have been treated so rudely by a business. I paid for a birthday arrangement to be delivered to my mother-in-law. Choles called before the delivery saying that they would only deliver if I was home. I told them the arrangement was not for me, but was instead a birthday surprise. Since I am not in town, I asked them to just leave it. My husband called his parents to ensure that they were home. I called Choles back to tell them that they were home and to deliver the flowers. The woman who answered was so incredibly rude to me, Im still trying to process it. She told me "Well make sure that theyre home. Weve called three times!!" (this all being said in a nasty voice). She promptly hung up on me without letting me say a word. The only number they had was mine and I can be certain that according to my call log they had not called 3 times. At this point I was irate and called them back to tell them how extremely unprofessional it is to hang up on a customer. Seriously! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

A Russian And His Bike

It is my wifes birthday today, a Monday. On Saturday, I looked up flower shops that I could stop by on my way to work on Sunday and purchase a bouquet to be delivered today to our house. There were two choles locations on the way and the website stated that they were open from 9 am to noon. Was at the lake street location at ten thirty and regent street at eleven and BOTH WERE CLOSED. Your only business is selling flowers and youre closed on a Sunday? Wtf.. At least adhere to the hours of operation that you post yourselves. Called this morning as well and got a bunch of I dont knows. What a terrible way to run a business. Never going here again. FAIL

Swung by Choles and chatted with Tina, the owner. Shes the best! The business is local, the flowers are beautiful, the staff is patient when you take a while making a choice, and the place is full of good ideas! I mean, everybody gets flowers. But teddy bears? Not so much, and theyve got em! And a bunch of nice non-romantic decorative stuff and live plants, which Im gonna come back and check out when my wallets a little thicker, since Im looking to green up my apartment. My partner likes the flowers, I had a fun time talking local gossip with the flower lady, I got new ideas...all in all, a lovely little shop!

I just went to Choles Campus Floral for a small bouquet to liven up my apartment. My boyfriend has gotten flowers form there before that lasted a really long time but I had never been before. It was a very pleasant experience. The lady helped me immediately. I only told her that I wanted fall colors and around $15 and I watched her put together a beautiful bouquet. The quality was definitely over $15 but thats all she charged. It was fast and enjoyable and I plan to go back often (especially since I live a block away).

I have never been treated so rudely. My boyfriend, who is away in the military, tried to surprise me with flowers. Not only did they fail to deliver on THREE occasions (where I needed to be waiting at home..so much for surprises) but when I called to finally cancel the order, they were very short with me and actually HUNG UP on me when I told them I didnt want to give them my address because I didnt want another delivery attempt. After calling back, they told me my boyfriend had to cancel the order.

ordered some flowers for my wifes birthday. Choles did attempt to deliver them late morning, but found no one home and so left a voice mail indicating we should call them. On our return home at 2:00 we called and were told they could deliver tomorrow or we could pick up the flowers ourselves. Altho it was 2:00, they indicated they "only delivered until 3:00" so we were out of luck (not sure why they couldnt deliver by 3:00 - but am confident that that is extremely poor customer service.)

NOT OPEN 4 out of 4 visits. I have stopped by 3 times during posted hours and they were closed with a little scribbled post-it on the door. Today I called to specifically ask if they would be open from 2:00 to 3:00 pm so I could pick up flowers for a memorial. A woman curtly responded that they would be open. When I arrived at 2:10, a man was locking the door and told me, "Sorry lady, we closed at 2 today." Maybe if they were actually open, business would be better.

Will not ever use them for anything. Ordered flowers... they lost my order then double billed me. I called them to let them know they sai d they would look into it and I received no call back. VERY POOR EXPERIENCE and VERY POOR Customer Service STAY AWAY!!!

the deliver driver was very rude and started yelling at me.. I would never have anything delivered myself, after dealing with this gentlemen not so (gentle)..
