I dont like leaving 1 or 5 stars reviews, but this place definitely deserves 1. They didnt deliver a flower arrangement twice, so I asked for a cancelation and a refund, which they agreed to do, and didnt do even when I called several times and visited the store, at the end I had to start a claim through my credit card in order to get a refund. On June 7 I bought an arrangement to be delivered to my girlfriend at her job for her birthday, it was a same day delivery and I provided her phone number, in case there was a problem, she could pick it up at the entrance. That they they didnt, when I called they said the driver was late and wasnt allowed entrance to the building and he didnt find the number to call her, so they offered an upgrade to morning delivery the next day. I called about 6 or 7 times that they, they always had an excuse, at the end they said they lost communication with the driver, but they could deliver it the next day, which I refused cause she wouldnt be there. I asked for a refund, they agreed and just hanged the phone. I gave them a week and then called asking for the refund, they said there was an error or something, because it was canceled, any ways, I gave them a couple more days, called again, no luck, so I went to the store. They apologize, but said that needed to wait till the end of the day to process the refund... 3 more days, no refund. At the end I called my credit card and reported it as an undelivered good/fraud and got my money back. I tried to be polite, but seriously, you have the worst service ever. Oh! And you cant do nothing to help now, you had like 7 chances...

Exceptional service, above and beyond anything I could ever imagine. The freshest, most magnificent arrangements. My family had a death in our family on a Saturday afternoon. Our loved one was Hindu, so the service was the following day, Sunday. All florists were closed, or refused to stay open to accommodate us. After calling 29 florists and being told no, I reached Michael at House of Flowers. I was honest when I told him that I was afraid to place such a large order over the phone, without meeting in person. Quietly, he said "trust me. I will do beautiful arrangements to honor this gentleman." He did. He opened on Sunday. He didnt charge extra for going above and beyond. He just did it. Truly amazing, on every level. I wish I had taken pictures of the art he created.

I recently picked up a bouquet of flowers at HOF after simply googling some shops nearby and boy am I happy I chose this one. 1. The flowers are gorgeous, and the florist added some beautiful touches to it free of charge that made them even more stunning. 2. The shop is clean and inviting. The staff wass incredibly friendly in asking what the flowers were for and made sure I had everything I needed to get them to my final destination in one piece 3. The prices are very affordable, especially for such fast service and beautiful selection Would absolutely recommend for anyone in the DC area.

House of Flowers delivered the most beautiful flower arrangement to my mothers funeral on 5/17/17. A Mr. Mike greeted me and made me feel very special and comfortable when I entered the shop. He was patient and showed me a variety of arrangements. House of Flowers have reasonably prices too! They delivered on time and delivered a fantastic arrangement. I love House of Flowers!
