Urban Jungle is a dream come true. Ive never seen so many beautiful and healthy succulents and cacti, and such an outstanding array of planters you wont find elsewhere. I came in hoping to find a large planter and ask a few questions about the many succulents and clippings I need to replant, and I left with so much more. The gentlemen- Ryan especially- spent over an hour scouring their stock, helping me select rocks and driftwood to accent my chosen planter, giving me advice, and showing me proper care and planting methods and more. And the prices cant be beat. I will definitely be back. Bottom line: if you want to choose from a basic variety of not-so-healthy plants and planters, you can easily do so at Home Depot. If you want beautiful, thriving plants and planters/terrariums that will be works of art (for the same or better prices), go to Urban Jungle. This place is seriously an oasis in the city. Bonus: they offer classes!

From the reviews this place sounded too good to be true, but they were right! Customer service here is outstanding and everyone was very friendly. I walked in here not really knowing what I wanted and was astounded at the amount of time they spent with me and the care with which they put together my beautiful arrangement of succulents and cactus. Definitely recommend if youre looking to add a plant or two to your home :)

Had a really great experience going there. These guys really love what they are doing and they are super friendly and helpful. I ended up getting 2 Cacti and a beautiful terrarium in a glass bowl and they gave me some wire to hang it from the ceiling and a water spray bottle for maintenance for free. Will definitely go again when I need more plants!

Ive bought two succulent gardens from Urban Jungle and theyre works of art. Beautifully done with a mix of different plants. Also really good prices, especially for handmade work. If you go to their store you can even choose what plants you want included. Will be coming back when I can find more space in my apartment.

Great hidden gem in the Urban Jungle that is the nations capital! JC was great, friendly and very helpful. The dog is a friendly pup that cant wait to meet you! they have a great selection of succulents that are easy to maintain and brighten up any workspace or home!
