I bought a T-Liner guard for my Andis clippers on 04/29/2017 and it waa the improper size for the clippers after being told by the associate that all T-Liners blades are the same (FALSE). On my recipe it states that "Exchanges within 14days with product in original condition." I go back in today 04/30/2017 one day after I purchased and was told because the package was opened I cannot exchange. How else would I have known if anything was wrong or it was the incorrect blade. The associate was very rude, I asked for the owners phone number since he said that he is not the owner and does not make the rules and he refused to provide the number. Im reporting the business as these are illegal practices, you present one thing on the rrxeupt but refuse in person. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!

Tried to return something and the person working there stated that it needed to be in Original Condition. Now anyone in the right mind knows that means the product. So the case was open so we could return the item and he said it was not in original condition. Ok it says nowhere on the receipt that the case has to be in Original Condition. That has to be the dumbest thing ever!!!! Im so mad. NEVER coming here again.

I was a routine customer until last night I came 10 mins before closing time to grab something quick. He literally ran to the door to lock it as I was walking to the door, I looked down at my phone and it was only 7:50. I found that very RUDE and disrespectful and I will NEVER step foot in that MF again. They prices are outrageous and the quality sucks I just love the selection of hair beads for my daughter.

I will never shop here again, called and asked specifically what time this store closed on Sundays, door was locked 15 mins before. For a simple return, this was a waste of gas and time to come to this store! Obviously customers services is not their top priority.
