After having visited two local Mercedes dealerships prior to reaching Estate Motors a half hour away from my home. I questioned whether id purchase Mercedes or simply shoot towards a new BMW. The prior Mercedes dealerships i visited had ruined my perception of the car i have desired to own with cocky salesman that made me feel, they did not need my purchase. As a final attempt a friend of mine recommended Estate Motors and I am SO glad he did. My point of contact was Adria Nestro who with her charm and welcoming attention lured me to drive the half hour searching for the new car i should have purchased 2 miles from my home. Prior to my visit, Adria over the phone took note of what i was looking for... She let me know that the car I wanted WITH all the options AND the color that i wanted was not in stock and possibly not in the northeast yet considering it just came out (CLA250) Rather than push me to buy from the CLAs already in stock, she went out of her way to hunt what i wanted. Sure enough she found it, ordered it and two weeks later ITS THERE! What im most impressed with is the attention within the two week wait. Whatever questions i had ANSWERED, if i sent an email with a questions/concern at 9pm at night, from her home... ANSWERED! What car salesman does that!?!?!? Then today i go there to pick up my car and HAVING NOT met her prior, she walked outside as i was walking in and says with a big welcoming smile "you must be Jeff". Im glad she was right because that would have been quite funny if i wasnt. She showed me my car in full detail, inside and out explaining every function of the COMPUTER i now would be driving...excellent! Excellent! EXCELLENT! She then led me to Anthony Anzalone who completed my experience who explained what i was signing in full detail and really made it painless when normally the signing can be scary. I now have my new beauty in my garage and am anxious to tell friends about Estate Motors. I already notified Adria that my sister will be going there soon to buy her next car from her as well... At 29 years of age i know this will not be my last Mercedes, and know for sure that Estate Motors will get every bit of that business to come!

I walked into the dealship and was greeted by George Rodriguez. At the time I did not realize how fortunate I was to be working with him. George was attentive, and really listened to what I wanted. He provided a level of excellence and quality to this experience that was most impressive. This is my first Mercedes. George was patient, knowledgable, and incredibly personable. George is amazing, he has the entire car and how it works memorized. I can call him on the phone while I am sitting in my Mercedes because I am having difficulty using a specific feature. Without hesitation George know exactly what I am talking about and guides me through the process. George truly is available to help you and will call you back immediately. I have never dealt with a salesman with such professionalism and attention to detail. Additionally, George has a gift of being so genuine that you dont realize you have just spent the last hour talking with him at his desk. George gives of his time and will go the extra mile to make sure that you are well taken care of throughout the entire process. With that said- there has never been one request that I have asked of him that he has not honored! He knows how to to find creative solutions to solving problems. I purchased a car from this dealership over a year ago. It was CPOed and we were assured it was accident free (clean carfax was presented to us). When we recently visited a differently dealership to trade in the car, it was revealed to us (in two seconds of inspection) that the car had been in a accident (door and quarter panel replaced, windows smashed). Lo and behold, the carfax suddenly revealed an accident (posted six months after we purchased the car). To echo the previous posters, something is rotten with this dealership. We attempted to remedy this with Estate and their official response was to plead ignorance over the accident damage. To believe that, you would have to assume their techs were so incompetent as to not be able to notice what another dealers tech can find in two seconds. More likely, this is an official practice, in which cars are bought at MBUSA auctions, repaired and passed off before carfax can catch up. It cost us about 6k in trade in value in the end. Buyer beware is certainly a mantra to follow with them. Also note, MBUSA will certify cars that have been in accidents. That is no protection for you. They, like Estate, will plead ignorance even though it was sold with damage at their auction.

I went to see Glenn Visconti at the insistence of my friend who had purchased a Mercedes from him before. Within 5 minutes of meeting Glenn, I knew my very 1st Mercedes would come from the Estate Motors MB dealership and specifically from Glenn as he gained my trust in this very short time. Glenn took the time to explain the differences in the C class models as we test drove the C400. Once he knew what I wanted he set about finding the car with the specs I was looking for. Since I did not have much time to test the c300 that day and was going to be busy for the rest of the week, Glenn went out of his way and sent in a C300 at my residence for me to test drive to better make up my mind. That just blew my mind. I have not yet been to a dealership that practices customer service at such a high level. Antony Anzalone took care of the Financing aspect and was detailed in explaining to me the different warranties/maintenance options that were offered for my new C400. Not once did I feel like I was pushed into purchasing an option I did not want/need. I was done within the hour and driving away in my new Mercedes. I am one very satisfied customer and I highly recommend Estate Motors Mercedes Benz dealership.

I leased a car from them this past November. I was supposed to get floor mats but they said they were back ordered and would come in the following week. However, it has been over 4 months, and I am still getting the run around. The old manager and staff who I worked with were good, but the new manager, Bob Cenille, has never returned my numerous calls, and is always MIA. My family has purchased/leased 5 cars from this dealership, and if this is how they treat loyal customers, I dont know how theyll treat new ones. Also, we had a deal to trade in an older mercedes (also bought from estate motors), for 11k. We dropped off the car and they returned the plates. A month later, after a lot of drama, they told us they would only give us 7k. Since they took the plates, we couldnt even take the car and go somewhere else for a better deal. As far as my floor mats are concerned, its about the principle at this point. They dont honor their deals! Buyer beware! I wish I could give less than 1 star.
