STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I should stayed away the minute they told me they needed a bank kick back fee of 800+ dollars for using cash to buy the car when the car was already close to 14,000 dollars. That was the first bad taste they left in my mouth. The second was, two months after that I had the engine rumbling after I would accelerate. Being that it was so close to when I purchased the car, I thought I could speak to them to work out a way to have it fixed, since they have a garage farther down the street. So, I did speak with someone and he said bring it in, and he would " take care of me." So the problem ended up being a spark plugs, which I thought it might be, because I had this situation before. I took it in, spoke to the guy upfront, told him the situation, and he said ok, Ill talk to him at the dealership when its over. After the repairs, he said its all done, and charged me full price. I was like wow, did you speak to him, he didnt and then called, then said ok, I can take off 30. I thought this was laughable. Talked to the guy at the dealership, that didnt get anywhere. So I said whatever, its done, and everything should be good. How wrong could I be. Just this may that just passed, all of the coolant leaked out, I take it in to a BMW certified garage and its the water pump, so you know how much that could run, and while fixing the water pump, he saw that the engine oil was liking into the water pump causing it to fail. So now I have to fix an engine leak! I purchased the car late October, and already pumped almost 2,000+ more dollars into it! They are cool people, but their cars are probably all malfunctioning pieces of garbage! Maybe it was just mine, I dont know, but I want to warn people what they might run into if they deal with these guys. I was not expecting to pay this much for a car and repairs, it is cleaning outy savings! Actually, I wouldnt even take the chance at all if I were you! Just do not go. Zero stars. Zero stars. Zero stars. If I could give them less than zero I would. I do not like wasting extra money I was saving just to use on a car I just bought.

First met the guys at Signature about a year ago. I work for Mavis and used to service some of their cars (until they got their own service center). One day someone totaled my car. I called up the guys at signature and they were able to get me into the exact car I wanted (Infiniti G37x) the same day my check cleared. I was impressed. We even had lunch as they took the car to get detailed one more time as a courtesy. I waited about 3 months to write this review because as with any used car dealer, youre buying a USED car. Upon receipt of my vehicle, the next day I had a slight squeak in the brakes (barely even noticeable, but it nagged me). I took it to their new service center to talk to Travis and he took care of the issue (low brake pads in rear) in 15 minutes (!). Then 2 weeks later, I started hearing a humming noise from the front end. At first it started out slight and got a little louder. I took it to their service center and they diagnosed the issue in 20 minutes (worn out left front wheel bearing) I fully expected to pay out of pocket, I was fully aware the vehicle had 96,000 miles (wear and tear item). To my surprise Travis told me to return the next day and that the car was still covered under my automatic 30 day warranty even though I didnt purchase any warranty. Theyre also really honest as when I went to pick my car up they had changed both front ones as a precaution. Since then I havent had one issue with the car. Drives like a dream (99k now). I definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking to get a new car. Theyre definitely NOT like other dealers and dont kick you to the curb after you purchase your car. And unlike a *real* dealer, they dont have "dealer" prices on repairs. The whole team are A1. Now I just have to find out if they install bolt ons.

The dealership is REALLY BAD after you buy car from them....One hour after we left the dealership with car and called them because there was a noise in the vehicle they said oh we cannot do anything about it come back tomorrow and we said we live 150 miles away and they were very rude and said oh no one can help you....The next day sensor of the car was showing a problem and we though its air pressure and filled it...However every other day the sensor would turn on and when we got it checked we found a "ROPE PLUG" in the tire which was leaking and the mechanic immediately asked us that this is unsafe to drive and had to put a spare. To be able to drive the car we had to put a new tire immediately from a different tire place which carried the tire we needed....When I called the dealership (several times) and every time I had to explain the problem to a different person the person MADE FUN OF ME saying that if I consider this risky then I shouldnt be driving at all..WOW telling me to stop driving rather than taking responsibility for the dealerships mistake says a lot about what kind of attitude they have after you buy a car from the,..........instead of trying to solve the problem this person said we are not a tire place first, we didnt know about rope plug, you should have come here (150 miles) with a spare...and keep calling us & waste your time.....REALLY DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE ON TOP OF THAT THEY DELETED BAD REVIEWS IF YOU POST ON THERE WEBSITE. AND AFTER IMMEDIATE PURCHASE THEY FORCED YOU TO RIGHT REVIEW IN FRONT OF YOU.

Lets start by saying that I found the car I was looking for in the internet here at signature auto sales, mind you that I live 200 miles from the dealer and was in contact with a sales rep named Anthony. As we played phone tag several times we finally spoke and he stated that the car very nice and clean, As per our last conversation I asked if I needed to put a deposit on the car for it to be held until the next day when I could drive there look at it and test drive he stated no and that he would see me tomorrow. That evening I looked for the car on the website to show a few people why I was driving that far for a car and the car had been removed from the site, I texted Anthony and asked why it was removed he said thats weird I will fix that tomorrow morning once I get in the office. I texted him the following morning as I was running late (11:00) Am and stated I was leaving Saratoga in twenty minutes, as he texted back no worries. As I drove 200+ miles to arrive at the dealership I was greeted at the front door by another employee I stated that I was there to look at the infinity. With a surprised look on his face he stated to me that the car had been sold the night before, (bad business) I stated that I talked to Anthony via text before driving down at 11 and he said no worries. As they tried to interest me in other cars I was deceived and my time & money have been wasted. As I never met with Anthony for he was (busy) or ashamed to meet with me as this is very bad business.
