Had the family in here today looking to adopt a cat. When we asked to go interact with the cats we were told NO. You can not interact with the cats unless you fill out adoption paperwork. Why the hell would I stand around 25 minutes to fill out paperwork for adoption with no sense of connection from an animal? If I cant interact with the cat how do I know it would be a good fit for my family? Terrible customer service and the associate my family dealt was extremely rude. Goodwill would be a better fit job for her....

If I could rate this store 0 stars I totally would. Staff not helpful at all. Was in the store for well over 20 minutes and no one ever approached me and asked me if I needed help. And about the Pet Perks, I was asked if I had a Pet Perks account. Said no and that was it. COME ON NOW inform your consumer on how to get a Pet Perks account. If you cant do it directly from your cashier, tell them they can go online and do it!

I brought my 10 week old Coton De Tulear in on a whim to get her paws trimmed. Scott and the other woman working were very nice. I ended up getting a complete puppy trim and bath and all for about 17 dollars. She looked great and they handled the dog with care. I will be coming back again. Way to go.

I have always found what Im looking for in this store. I buy dog food and crickets regularly, the crickets stay alive longer than other places ive bought them, saving me from having to rebuy live ones constantly.

Decent selection of products. One of the larger selections of fish when it comes to big box pet stores. Does not come close to some of the areas locally owned stores.

Petco is down the road on E Aurora Rd next to Burlington Coat Factory. The Petsmart in Macedonia Commons is still there. (near 5 Below)
