Terrible customer service. The female employee spoke on the phone for the first 12 min. we were in the store. We were completely ignored. It was our first & last visit. We went there for a kitten milk replacement. She tried to sell us puppy milk replacement. She was very short with us, then took us to the cat area and tried to sell us. Adult cat supplement. Very disappointed. She had no knowledge about anything in the store. We will stick with Pet Supplies Plus, as their staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

The people working there were so nice when I stopped in! I was on my way home from a walk with my dog and decided to see what they had. Typical stuff like Pets Mart but better prices. Since I was on a walk I didnt have my purse and my dog was pretty sad that we were leaving empty handed so the girl working gave him a really cute cookie! The guy working also gave him treats. Excellent customer service Casper was very happy!
