The Dog Stop Plus just opened up on Carnegie / East 26th Street. Ive been taking my 5 month old cream lab puppy for about 3 weeks (once a week) now and he loves it. The space has a retail store front, boarding, grooming, and a back area for the dogs to play around. The staff all seem really knowledgeable and passionate about dogs--they even take the time to schedule him for two naps a day and feed him lunch. They even gave my puppy a free bath when his tooth fell out and there was a little blood. My pup always comes home super tired. The Dog Stop Plus just opened up a month ago so they are still in the process of completing their backyard space and finishing the indoor space including plastic slides and such. They also plan to install cameras for your viewing pleasure! I am excited to see them grow. Another neat aspect is all hospital employees get 10% off pricing, which makes their prices pretty competitive. They also have a referral program where both people get a free visit! Check it out!

This place is a godsend. We rescued our dog Joey a little over a year ago, and he has severe separation anxiety and is scared of his own shadow. After taking him to DSP, he has made a complete 180 and loves people, dogs, and life. The staff is so friendly, accessible, and accommodating, genuinely concerned about the dogs who go to DSP, and willing to go the extra mile to make you and your dog feel comfortable. They also offer great promotion days, like $10 daycare with an in-store purchase. In the inevitable event that I stop living downtown, I will continue to take Joey to the DSP.

This is the second time my dog, Thor, has gone here for grooming. I cannot say enough great things about the experience!! The groomer calls to confirm what type of haircut to give your dog before doing (never had that happen before). They are open at 6:30am, so I can drop Thor off on my way to work and pick up on the way home (he gets to go to daycare until he gets groomed). They literally call you back ASAP if they miss your call initially. Lastly, they have outstanding prices and products. Highly recommend.

This place is such a gem! Ive never met a friendlier staff. We brought our Aussies here for a daycare while we ran about the city. They gave us a tour, everything was crazy clean, and the pups had a blast. We made a grooming appointment a few days later and the groomer did a wonderful job. Price wise, their pretty good, very competitive. The dog stop plus even had the dog food brand we go for. Most places have acana or origin as their top shelf, but this place has the best dog food options I have ever seen.

This place is a lifesaver. From the very first phone call I knew this was somewhere I could trust to take care of my boy Tank. Hes a loving dog with horrific separation anxiety and I needed a solution for him that didnt involve sedation. The people here are amazingly compassionate and very tolerant of my million questions and calling to check in. They knew my dog by name after just one visit and Tank was excited to go back! I cannot say enough good things about the staff and facility. Thank you so much!!

My pup goes to daycare at the Dog Stop Plus at least two days a week! He loves it! My coworkers and I love watching the pup cams while Im at work. I know my dog can get pretty excited but the handlers are great at making sure he stays a good boy and I can tell they care about the dogs. They have a lot great specials and nice selection of quality food. Theyre location along with having a pet store and grooming makes this place extremely convenient for being CLE dog Mom!

Took my two Aussies here for grooming and day care. They came out looking like movie stars and had a blast playing with the other dogs. The staff was exceptionally kind answered all my questions. Love that they carry healthy quality dog food options. Just scheduled my second grooming and daycare and am looking forward to going back.
