Store is small and a little random-crowded, but excellent variety and range of dog foods, also the owner and employees are EXTREMELY knowledgeable and very helpful with choosing the food right for your dog, they arent trying to sell you one particular brand, they tell you what they have heard from their clients about different foods b/c they just want to make you happy with the dog food you choose. I had so many issues with finding the right dog food for my rottweiler, they suggested a couple options with different price points and advised on the best deal and what was good and bad about each. I feel like I couldnt even get this kind of advice from my vet- b/c unfortunately they are just trying to sell the food whose rep compensates them the best! Great store highly recommend it.

The store is small and crowded, but they carry a great variety of dog and cat foods that are hard to find in other Jax stores. Kirk is very knowledgeable and so nice - he goes out of his way to make sure each customer gets what they want. For example, I went in this weekend to buy dog food - they were out of the 15 pound bag in the variety I wanted, so he sold me a smaller bag at the same price-per-pound as the large bag, which knocked $3 off the price. I will never go anywhere else for dog and cat food!

After adopting two cats and a dog I began reading up on on what I was feeding them. I quickly realized that it was time to make a quality food choice for my beloved pets. Pro-Vet Supply only carries top quality products, and is conveniently located in the Five-Points/Riverside area. They sell most things you could need for your pet (food, treats, toys, accessories, ect.) and the staff is friendly and super helpful. I also buy my Advantage here as well. I wouldnt buy my pet food anywhere else! :)

The owner is without a doubt the true meaning of the phrase "a people person! " I feel totally comfortable when talking with him. Hes no where close to being pushy when making sales. He gives the facts of a product he offers, & both times Ive been in. I will be bringing my dog to him from now on. Im going in today!
