This place is a rip off, went in to pay my cricket wireless bill with cash and they wanted to charge me $3 just for paying my bill, I might have understood if I was using a card where they get charged for taking a card but cash !!! Plus looked at there phones and they are crazy high, listen folks any unlocked phone will work with cricket, they are AT&T so dont get ripped off, oh and if you buy a phone from them they charge you $20 to put the sims in it, complete rip off, stay away!!!!

Place is a complete joke, ruined a brand new phone with their adapters. Had to buy a new phone and get charged all kinds of bullshit fees and wanted to tape the SIM card in my new phone. Said no way and sent me all the way to other side of town cause apparently they dont carry SIM adapters. Lost my business after this bill is up and Ill make sure my whole family switches too. H20 is so much better all around. Id rate negative 5 if I could.

Like the Somerset location! Do not like that you have to pay $25 if you buy a new phone there if you are a existing customer for a new SIM card. When your old one will work just fine. But guess they lose a lot of business on selling phones that way! When you can go get a AT&T go phone at Wal-Mart and just put your SIM card in yourself

Honestly after reading reviews & actually knowing people personally who have experienced horrible, disrespectful customer service at this particular cricket location, I wont be wasting my time or money at this store, definitely wont be sending in any business cause I have much more respect for people than that. Sorry

Sales staff were very helpful, and friendly. Entire family now has Cricket. Service is great, price is great. Better reception in my area than Sprint.
