me and my husband were there yesterday to get the phone fixed. that manager told us that our exchange phone will be here ready to pick up the next day and all we need to do is show up after we get a text. today we did go to get our phone. but then when we got there that zhou girl asked us a billion questions and was talking very rude and wouldnt give us our phone exchange. then she noticed just a tiny bit of the cosmetic damage and she rudely told us we are gonna have to pay a 5000 dollar fine for a 140 dollar phone. she was arguing with us and giving us a hard time and all the other workers were doing the same. so we went to the other t-mobile store on the same road with the real t-mobile dealers and they all told us that its just a tiny dot of the paint scratched off and we can exchange it with no problem. so we went back to the other store which is not even a real t-mobile store where they had to buy all their demo phones. to get my new phone. and they were all just yelling and trying to do everything they can to keep me from getting it.

I hate this store, the managers attitude is too bad and argues with me when I wanted to cancel my account. She just keep saying they only know how to open the account, but not refund anything. Wth is that reply? She is really making me disappointed to T mobile service! This is the worst store I have ever went! Never come back again! and dont come to this store please!

Very good experience, I needed help with figuring out some billing issue and they did an excellent job of clarifying it. Never have I felt so rewarding to have such helpful workers giving there time to thoroughly explain my confusion. One of the best costumer service I have ever dealt with. Giving this store a feedback is the least I can do.

Only for Asians !! Races prick dont see why this even comes up on the listing. TMOBILE needs to make them have better customer service.
