Worst service ever!! And ppl wonder why??? Every time I go there its always crowded, hot and slow service. I called yesterday. B/c Im wanting to upgrade to s7 Edge. spoke with Kenneth R. And I asked him what colors were available, he couldnt give me any information...... b/c I might possibly be a robber. Lol!! Now mind you!!!! T-mobile customer service told me to call my area stores for colors availability. And honestly I dont know what I was thinking calling Panola T-mobile store. Last time Im dealing with the Panola store. Now, I have had positive experiences at stonecrest T-mobile store. Its a little further.

I called in to this store to get information, and the young lady was less than friendly. I asked if she had a particular phone in stock, and she said "no" in a very short snappy tone. When youre in the business of customer service, you might want to remember WHY the business is there in the first place. To think, I thought the bad customer service was limited to customer care. How Tmo keeps getting #1 in customer service every year is beyond any stretch of imagination.

They entered a contract different from what we asked for,when we went back to protest or correct it all they do is called the customer care on phone and ask us to discuss our problem when the lady who attended to us stand and look refusing to correct her mess.we have to live $600 bill for two years for only 4sims and two Samsung Galaxy smartphones

It took two visits to update and transfer phone contents both visits were at least a 30-45 minute wait time. Not to mention they give out refurbished iPhones with more issues than a notion, you think your getting a good deal but your not. Smh!
