Worse experience ever ! I was there tonight at 7:50 pm which they close at 8 . The staff was very rude , I was stressed and nervous because someone else has access to my phone , and I was asking question , he did not even look at me and just said I do not know ! I do not know ! it has nothing to do with your Verizon ! I am with Verizon for more than 6 years and now I am thinking about other companies because of that customer service . Try the exit 14 store NOT this one !!!

Some of the employees do not seem to know what is going on, and can rarely answer questions that you have. I asked them to put a screen protector on the new phone I had just gotten and it wasnt put on straight and had lots of bubbles underneath. I was also charged for things on my bill that I was not told was going to be on there and they are non-refundable charges. Overall poor service, and I will never go back to this store to get a phone or accessory again.

this store is the absolute WORST!! they lie to you to make a sale. This is a 3rd party vendor for Verizon, so if you encounter any issues you cannot resolve directly with Verizon. This results in several hours of phone calls between Verizon and this establishment of which does not take ownership in their errors/mistake misinformation. They are NOT customer service based ! BUYER BEWARE

We came in to look at phone options with no plans to upgrade. We were greeted, shown options, and found some great deals. John Torres was our Verizon Sales Rep. He was polite, and not pushy. Purchased new phone, case, screen protector, and car charger. The only thing that took time was transferring my photos from the old phone to the new one. I will definitely return to this location.

Worst experience ever. Andrew was very impatient rude and disrespectful I want to explore other options and he didnt think that was best for me. I wrote a post and miraculously five other post of 5 stars came up afterwards she under how that happened. I do not recommend this store one bit.

Went to this new location at the Collection, Forsyth county, Georgia and was SO impressed with the help we received from Emanuel Correal. He went above and beyond to accommodate repairing our phone after an IOS 9.2 update that rendered the phone unusable. Thank you, Emanuel!
