To be honest this is the worst Verizon store Ive ever been too. I have had Verizon for 10+ years and one of the employees would not honor my unlimited plan if I upgraded my phone. She told me I would have to sign up with a 2 GB data plan for the entire family, get rid of the unlimited plan, and pay $75 more per month. Not only did they not get a $600 purchase but they risked me and my entire family leaving Verizon. Even worse, I requested the manager and she was even more rude and unwilling to help. Im a business owner and if these were my employees Id fire them on the spot. They don’t have any knowledge of their plans or customer service. However, I went to my home town Verizon and the employees there upgraded my phone and gave me my previous unlimited voice, text and data with NO problem at all. Verizon needs to find these employees and put them on the street where their attitudes, service, etc. belong and will be more acceptable. Customers in today’s world expect great customer service, for employees to be knowledgeable about their products, and a willingness to go the extra mile. There is no telling how many customers have cancelled their contracts or have not renewed due to the employees and MANAGER’S in this store.

"Youre next in line --- except Im going to let everyone else go ahead of you and youll stand here for an hour." Went to the store with an issue with my phone. Was 2nd in line to talk to someone and about 5 or 6 employees on the floor. 20 mins later Im told Im next. Three separate people that came in after me were then helped. Another 20 mins later an employee told me Im next. When I asked him if he was sure about that, he said others went in front of me because they only spoke Korean. OK, I get it, I understand. THEN WHY DID I ONLY HEAR THOSE PEOPLE SPEAK ENGLISH. I waited an hour! If they had just let me go in the correct queued order, Id be done and the people that went in front of me wouldnt have been helped any later. Ridiculous. Clearly I need to learn Korean.

Danny P. & Mel were awesome. I had a company iPhone go bad. They directed me to someone who could run free diagnostics on it, then lent me an older phone so that I could keep working in the field (Verizon does not keep loaner phones in the stores anymore), and were generally providing patient and top notch service. All to someone who had to order a new phone through my corporate office. So no commission/credit for helping me out. Too bad so many Googlers are reportedly having issues at this location. Not my experience at all.

wow where do i start, id write a long story on my experience at this store but instead ,im just gonna say how sleazy and rude the employees are. i got lied to by a "MANAGER" then the supervisor didnt even do anything when he was the one that caught the manager lying to me first hand... i could tell the manager was lying so i went up to the supervisor and asked the same question and he proved my point... what a awful place. i reported them to the Verizon headquarters. This place needs to be shut down. SLEAZY LYING people.

i hate coming to this location. they are very terrible in service.. i keep telling myself that i would never go back.. But I always give in and think maybe it will be better this time around.. NO!!! If youre not there to purchase a new phone they dont want to help. Instead offer.. If you buy $100 in accessories then they will think about letting me upgrade my phone... Trying to make sales like that isnt going to accomplished anything.. Especially the korean worker.. all they want to help is korean ppl...

Ive been a Verizon customer for years and I always dread going to the stores. This store is totally different. Everything was cordial, efficient, and respectful. David Vazquez was crazy patient with my barrage of questions, and made the experience literally fun. Imagine that. Having fun activating a phone. Worry not - this store is full of good people, and well managed.

So I just ordered an iPhone 7 plus, and it clearly said TWO DAYS. So Im waiting and waiting and it never came! Days later, yall finally decide to send me an email giving me a refund and I had use my data and find out its in TEXAS. How the hell yall get Texas and Georgia mixed up??? You didnt offer me a free case or anything! Free data would have helped too!

I was concerned after reading so many negative reviews, but my experience was very different. Upon entering the store, an employee signed me in and I waited not more than a minute before a representative was able to assist me. John Yi was knowledgable and courteous in response to every request. He exhibited every quality of a true professional.

Everytime I have been there I have been greeted when entered the store. The staff is always helpful and the manager was awesome. I forgot her name but she was very helpful which was great. I was having problems with my phone and they handled everything for me. Now the wait was a little than expected but it was worth the wait.

is the closer Store to my house but the worst store I had ever visit. I visit this store 4 o 5 times and the Reps are very very rude and also i got my Galaxy note 3 on monday and the Rep give a use Note 3 with problems on it. This office should be close or fire all those rude customer services reps.

I love this store. The customer service is amazing. David Mayorga always goes above and beyond for his customers. Just stupid little things that I should be able to figure out he will simply fix and always with small talk and a smile. I love the friendly atmosphere the store has.

Employees are extremely rude and pushy. Mel was forceful and condescending when I inquired about other plan options; he didnt even ask why I inquired, or try to offer a solution...instead, he continually talked to me like I was an ill educated child.

I went in to compare a Galaxy Nexus and Galaxy S3. None of the 3 models in the store worked. Staff far less educated than an average tech review online. Why shop brick + mortar store if you cant see the items you buy and the help isnt helpful?

Came in to reprint a shipping label. Shouldve been 2 minutes. Ended up being 45 minutes because everyone refused to help me. Employees dont communicate with each other when passing customers along so I stood at the front desk for 45 minutes.

The worst cellphone store ever. Returned the phone Dec 2015, but still not process the refund. I contacted several times and spent lots of hous, the staff never tried to solve my situation. Just simply terrible store!

They always been extremely helpful, especially since I am not exactly technically inclined. They also check to make sure that I am not paying too much for my services. Friendly customer service.
