Experience that bonded the customer to the company. unprofessional , dishonest and argumentative. Unable to take responsibility for what they were responsible for. I found that the employee was trained to push the problem off on other companies. calling their company the middle man and being unwilling to fix the problem. She had a rehearsed speech for who I can call and how I can spend more money but at a loss for words after she put her hands on my phone and made changes to it. This is the second time I have had someone do this kind of thing to my phone at this same Metro PCS store. Completely trained to push the customer away in a time of need instead of treat the customer with true concern for their needs to be met. So disappointed. Update- After this was posted, phone calls made and email sent to corporate, I got a phone call from Atlanta management and they wholeheartedly listened to my concerns and took action taking care of my issues. Completely redeemed my faith in the company. I appreciate the old fashion values (the customer matters most) and response from Management. I know changes will be made to educate the staff in this learning curve. Great Job!!!!

Jorge was awesome. I will always shop here instead of the store on Peachtree Ind in Duluth. The Duluth store was so bad that they sent me to the corporate store. The Metro corporate store was clean well staffed and efficient. Thank you for restoring my faith in Metro PCS. Never go to the Duluth store on Peachtree Ind unless you want to be ripped off. They dont do what they say. Dont answer calls or return messages. They act like they dont understand what you are saying to them. Dont take a chance at the Duluth MetroPCS store.
