DO NOT bring your phone to have the screen repaired here. I brought my phone there two weeks ago. After two hours they determined that none of their replacement screens worked. I asked them to put the old screen back on so that I could get it repaired elsewhere. After waiting another hour, the girl handed it back to me and told me the home button was not working. Additional I discovered that the front facing camera, lock button, all speakers are not working, cant make calls, and the phone constantly freezes. I called Batteries Plus Bulbs HQ to get help with the situation and after two weeks and numerous promises to get back to me I still have no resolution to the situation. I had no choice but to bring it to another company to repair the screen and they found over $400 in parts inside that need to be replaced. Additionally they found several missing screws and screws in the wrong place inside. The people here have no clue what they are doing. Take your phone and money elsewhere.

Went in to get my watch fixed. When the lady behind the counter figured out it wasnt the battery, she very rudely expressed that I needed to "go to a jeweler" and "look for myself at my watch because the second hand was moving, which meant the battery was still effective." I will never use batteries plus service again.
