One of the first things I notice when I walk into the store is cleanliness. Go Wireless in Owosso was very clean and well organized. I was greeted before I barely stepped foot in the door, although I didnt make a purchase the customer service went above and beyond what I get from my current carrier. I definitely recommend making a trip to Go Wireless in Owosso, ask for Marcus or Tyler, they will take care of all your needs!

Was at the store on Nov. 16, 2016 and purchased an iPhone 6 which i knew absolutely nothing about a smartphone. A young man by the name of Nathan helped me out and i must say he was very knowledgeable and most of all patient. I was very pleased with my experience and will recommend this store and especially Nathan to anyone looking to purchase a new smartphone.

We recently switched from Sprint to Go Wireless Verizon and couldnt be happier. Our customer service rep (Nick) was very helpful in taking care of all our needs. The staff is awesome and friendly. They work very well as a team. The store is very clean and well organized. I would recommend this store to everyone.

The only Verizon store in Owosso that wasnt condescending towards BlackBerry owners. Also the only Verizon store in Okemos and Owosso that didnt feel like the sales staff only cared about getting a commission.

The manager was super helpful, my iPhone wasnt working properly, I was only getting 3G service no matter what I did, he went above and beyond and got my phone all taken care of. Couldnt ask for better service
