It took them 3 hours to switch over my phone from AT&T. I was told I could keep my old number, but when they switched me over, they put in the wrong number (they mixed up the last 4 numbers). And I also just found out that my phone can only make calls, I cant receive any calls. It just goes right to voice mail. That really sucks for me, because Im in sales and now Im missing calls from customers!!!

Hands down! The best Verizon store in all of Georgia! This staff is amazing. I had an issue with my phone and showed up 30 minutes after they had closed. When I went to the door the manager open the door to help me. My phone was completely out of service , of all times when I needed it the most! I cannot give them enough credit. Jena was truly an angel. Without her I would be lost!

If you get them to answer the phone, theyre too busy. Oh, theyll take your number and say theyll call back. The next day I tried again but now the phone goes to voice mail.
