Ripped me off by lying about the change to my plan when I went to the store and upgraded my phone, added a line and and iPad. Im stuck with more than $140 in charges because they upped my plan to 15gb instead of 10 like I agreed to and then added insurance to all my devices despite me asking specifically to leave it off (a bad experience with insurance coverage with Verizon sent me to AT&T after 20 years). I would avoid this store like the plague unless you can give up $100s of your hard earned cash. Cant wait to tell Clark Howard and any other consumer advocates about the rip off agents and liars at this branch. Im back to Verizon as soon as the new iPhone comes out. Do not trust these people. They will steal from you and not bat an eye. Terrible experience. *1 star only because I had to in order to review.

Be prepared to wait 2-3 hours for customer service. On Sundays and during the evenings, this location is staffed with just two personnel and no managerial presence. I have visited this location on two occasions and have found this to be the situation each time. During each visit I also observed several customers leave out of frustration. I recommend visiting the location on Hwy 20 or the Morrow location.

they told me my rebate card will come in the mail in 12 weeks. it has been over 12 weeks I never got it. so I called the store they told me I had to go online to put in my finale bill from my old carrier. they never told me that in store. they just told me you are good to go. customer service sucks in that store they dont care about nothing, just a lazy paycheck.

Walked in both employees didnt acknowledge I even walked in and now have been standing here for almost 30 minutes still nothing. No apologies for the wait no sir will be right with you nothing!!! Manager needs to be retrained or FIRED!!! THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!
