DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! THEY ARE EXTREME CROOKS!!! I am only writing this review because I am a published childrens author and know and believe in value of customer service.my book is called The First Adventures of Captain Choco Chip and the Attack of Evil Professor Lit. I am not saying that to promote myself. I just sincerely do not want you to spend your money with CPR, there is an alternative called In and Out Smartfix. They are right down the street from CPR and are wonderful!!! They even cleaned up all the damages the tech at cpr made to my phone and didnt charge me extra!! Trust me! I would not lie.... 4805 Briarcliff Road NE Atlanta GA 30345 and they are CHEAPER, BETTER, AND USES GENUINE OEM REPLACEMENT PARTS. Cpr are crooks. I brought my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 to CPr Monday even after seeing bad/good reviews nevertheless, I wanted to experience for myself. My phone needed a replacement screen. The old one cracked. They charged me $249.99 on Monday and said itll be fixed Wednesday of the same week. Cool, great.... Wednesday comes, I called to get a status for me to pick up the phone. the Manager/repair man (black guy, long hair, somewhat buff) picked up and said "sorry in the midst of me fixing your phone I f**** up and broke the new screen, so well have to wait until Friday for our next shipment, because I paid for a new replacement screen out of my own pocket." Ok ... mistakes happen. No problem. Ill wait. Friday Comes..... The Manager says "Sorry man i know i told you friday, but your screen wasnt on the friday shipment, so youll have to wait until Tuesday." I told him i cant wait that long because I have customers that calls me. He said, "If you want a refund, thats no problem. All Im asking for is a little patience." I said Ill think about it. Saturday morning I went to get my refund, then the manager/repairman wasted about 30 mins telling me I cant get a refund or my phone because I signed a contract saying I have to give them at least 7 days to repair the phone and that he cant break store policy, even though he broke the first screen. It was 6 days. So after almost calling the police they gave me my phone back BUT tried to charge me $173 for the part he ordered. After more arguments he finally made me sign a paper for a full refund. Thank you, never coming here again Then i called In and Out Smartfix. Amaaaaazzzzziiing Business. At about 2:00 I gave them my phone and it was fixed SAME DAY, by 5 pm. Im writing a review on it now. The tech is named Andrew. Very honest, respective, and straightforward. He fixed my phone and showed me how CPR charged me $140 for a replacement screen that was a used replacement screen that was not an original Samsung Part!!!! Basically they charged me $140 for some junk you can probably buy off amazon for 20 bucks or so. Then Andrew showed me how I was missing screws and so much more. So in closing, PLEASE dont spend your money here at CPr Tucker. They will act nice but when push comes to shove the truth will come out. There is a perfectly good cell phone repair shop right down the street. They are cheaper and fix phones the same day for me in 2 hours!!!! In and Out Smartfix 4805 Briarcliff Road NE Atlanta GA 30345 They did not pay me to endorse them. I am a real Author and really had this experience. I am doing this because I love to see people in good care. Not walking on the egg shells of manager/repairman who brakes phone screens and buys cheap parts.

Most if not all of the 5 star reviews on the sire obviously from friends of the business attempting to offset the several one star reviews that they also have. Check the statistics. I brought my phone into repair the screen, a simple job. The cheap screens they use are not the ones that you get on your original phone and not the quality of the ones you get when insurance company replaces. They are cheap screens that crack very easily and they are polarized so you cant see them through sunglasses. A quality screen will darken a little bit but these go completely black when viewed through sunglasses. Mine cracked in just over a month, I let them repair again it and it cracked again two weeks later. I take excellent care of my phones and have never broken one in seven years. They were not helpful at all, I could tell it was a common complaint they were ready to tell me that I had to have dropped it or damaged it and that they dont insure their work or back it up in anyway even with the receipt showing I had just had it repaired two weeks earlier. Theres another cell phone repair place not far away dont waste your money getting your screen repaired here.

Do not go get your cell phone repaired at this location. First off I came in to get my Galaxy note charger port fixed. They charged 99.00 to fix it which was a little pricey but whatever. The technician took my phone and I returned to pick up my phone 1hour later.. at first my phone was working fine..until I realized I couldnt talk.. for some reason my callers could not hear me talk. I came in with a broken charger port and came out 100 short with a broken mic. Not to mention 25 days later I had returned back to the store because my charger port stopped working again..They give you a stupid warranty that last30 days a..so I was covered..I got the repairs done again for free. But I still couldnt use my mic after . 2 weeks after that the phone was having issues charging again. I gave up..they where gonna try to charge me another $99 to fix it..I did some research and found another place in south dekalb mall who fix my port and mic for $50 bucks.. Im so very happy I have my phone back and works great now..DONT get your phone fix here..there way to over priced and they dont care about you once the warranty is over..dont waste your money please!!!!!!!

This was one of the worst service experiences I have had in years! They said they could replace the hard drive on my PS3. They never contacted me as they said they would. I contacted them several times and got delay and excuse after delay and excuse. Finally, when I had enough waiting (two months after dropping it off), I went to just get it and have it fixed elsewhere; the attendant said they would fix it for free in the next few days due to my long wait. I reluctantly agreed - what did I have to lose I figured! I went back to get it and they wanted to charge me full price. "We never should have offered that," said the manager. No apology. I paid a reduced fee and he assured me that he had checked it himself. When I got it home, it wouldnt even suck a disc into the drive. I went back for my money back and, again, there was no apology or even acknowledgement that they had completely failed at every interaction. I strongly advise against going there. Dont believe the scribbles on their wall - this is a truly poorly run establishment.

Do Not Take Your Phone HERE!!! The manager is RUDE! I took my Galaxy 3 to this store at least four times to have the port fixed @ $70. On this last visit; took the phone in Friday and was told that it wouldnt be ready until Saturday (No Problem). Well Saturday turned into Monday...still (No Problem) Went and got the phone...it was fully charged (as shown by the associate) did not need to charge the phone until the next morning; which at this time it wouldnt charge. Took it back to the store ...after a couple of hours. I was informed that the port could no longer be fixed because something had disconnected from the mother board inside and because they showed me that it charged upon leaving the store the day before I could not get a refund! And now my phone is not charging at all! My question if we hadnt charged the phone since we left your shop, evidently the associate pulled the port when she showed me that it charged and furthermore why didnt someone tell me that getting the port replaced could only be done so many times?
