Do you enjoy surly employees that cant do basic diagnostics? Do you want to pay $50-160+ for obviously shoddy work? Come on down to location #124, where the employees treat you like a pimple found on a butt, if they pay attention to you at all. Wait in suspense as the last sentence you spoke is parsed as slowly as possible then responded to in a way that makes it clear the employee didnt understand the question and is now just babbling about something completely unrelated! I got an employee that had the demeanor of a car radio thief out on work release who wouldnt urinate on me if I was on fire. He proudly informed me that a basic screen replacement didnt work and as I asked technical questions about what diagnostics he had performed, it was obvious he was flustered since he didnt expect me to know details and it was clear he hadnt tested the unit before installation to determine if the replace was good or not. Then had the audacity to offer to uninstall (for another $50) the lcd after he had clearly damaged during the install. The new digitizer now has a crack and a bubble because he didnt know what he was doing and forced it, breaking the lcd. Then he tried to act as if the part was defective, which I doubt as I visually inspected it beforehand. Im never dealing with these clowns again. Youre better off taking your business to Feather Computers across the street. That guy wont charge you an arm and a leg and hes an adult man with 30+ years experience, not some petulant 20 year old whos just going to break your stuff. Up yours Batteries Plus, all the way up there.

Edit: Absolutely piece of s**t employees. Got my car key fob battery replaced here, only for it to not work within a few weeks. Took me about two (2) months to finally make it back here and ask them to look at it. The guy behind the counter immediately goes, well its going to cost you since we do not warranty our batteries. While that is understandable for an older battery, how does that apply for a battery that is LESS THAT 2 MONTHS OLD? Especially when he states, the fob is working but the battery is drained. Well no kidding. So turns out, since I have the lifetime warranty on it, it didnt cost anything. So he tries to sell me an even better story, that sometimes if the car is close enough the fob will try to automatically connect to the car. Mind you this is a regular key fob that you press the button to unlock the car, not some Bluetooth or proximity device that you can press the handle of the car when the fob is within a certain distance. Theres a difference between, "sorry I cant as the company wont allow me" versus trying to lie your way out of it for being a piece of s**t. Go there knowing the kind of people youll be dealing with. Just a heads up... Go to Home Depot or some next time.

Dont go here for iPhone service/battery!!! Went here 12/4/15 for a replacement battery for my sons iPhone 5. Service was done in 30 mins so I left feeling pretty happy. But as my son started using his phone we noticed that our data usage skyrocketed. Turned out he was getting kicked off of our wifi network all the time. This time I took the phone to LifeLine in Inman Park. They inspected the phone and found lots of cracks in the (mother) board of the phone - clearly from the battery being pried out from the wrong side. The wifi issue is due to the damage of the board and is not repairable. So now I am shopping for a new phone. Somebody doesnt know what they are doing at the Shamrock Plaza Batteries Plus - and it just cost me a new iPhone.

I was a fan, not any more. Now, they myopically charge you nearly $2 per pound to recycle your dead batteries when they used to take them freely. "Plus," the zombie "I-could-care-less," clerk sold us the wrong 6v battery even when we brought the flashlight in because he didnt ask a single guiding question during the transaction. Online stores are outpacing retailers like BPB at light speed. In an age where you can buy any kind of battery on Amazon without spending time, gas and even tax in some cases, they should treat their eco-friendly patrons better. NEWS FLASH: What sometimes bring customers in your store is dropping off their batteries for recycling. There is no longer a "Plus" side in visiting Batteries Plus.

Decatur or Stockbridge Store....You both won in my book! Back home from travels and still lovin my ninja 250R. You guys are the best - Battery is still rockin for the bike. But wanted to high five ya on the Iphone screen replacement. Gee no more blood on my fingers from the broke glass. Been hearing about the Harley bike running on all batteries....electric that is. If it dont sound like a Harley...why? Anyway, thanks a million - wouldnt go no where else ! ZZZZzzzyaa on the road!

The in store customer service is HORRIBLE......useless employees talking about womens asses instead of waiting on the customers.....I bought online and went to the store to pick up....they were useless....could not even put the battery into the box....walked off leaving me standing there after printing off my receipt...left the battery on the counter out of the box and went back to their phones and talking about the female customers.....what a useless bunch of total assholes.

I called to verify that they had the battery in stock after finding it on their website. Kelvin spoke with me, answered my questions and was most courteous and helpful. Ordered it on line, got a discount, was able to pick up in store and Patrick did a great job installing the battery. They made the process very efficient, pleasant and quick. Thank you!

This location has an excellent and knowledgeable staff, with a good selection of products. The pricing is reasonable, with good deals to be found, products can be out of stock now and again. The chain as a whole provides an excellent service to the community and the planet by providing recycling services for batteries, bulbs and electronics!

i paid 39.00 for a GS3 duracel battery...found a new samsung battery for 7.00 online..going there to get money back and will purchase 2 or maybe 3 new ones..guy there said you get what you pay for...R U KIDDING ME?? Im buying 4 now plus a charger!!! NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN AND YOU SHOULDNT EITHER HWY ROBBERY!!!

Batteries plus rebuilt a battery for my Roomba. The requirements I gave them were ambiguous, but they figured it out and even tested it inside my device to make sure their battery charged and worked properly. Took my iPhone 6 in to have screen replaced. The first time, the screen was defective. The second time, they scratched my phone with a screwdriver or something. If you need a new screen just go to apple. Thats what I should have done.
