Great experience and customer service. I upgraded from a HTC phone to the Note 4 and didnt feel pressured to buy additional unneeded services or accessories for my new phone. I highly recommend this location if you want to avoid the big-store (log wait) times and service that might not be personalized.

I had a terrible experience at this location. First of all it took several hours to purchase a phone and sign up for service, secondly they didnt submit my rebate information as promised and when I realized this and went to do it myself too much time had passed so I am out of luck.

Excellent customer service,best Verizon store Ive been to. Shanita and Jose spent hours helping me get the best service possible. If you need to go to a Verizon store dont go anywhere but the Johns creek location. Its worth the drive.
