what I see through black eyes
I left the store with Tears in my eyes, I went to the store for what I thought would be a simple Contract change over. The sell Rep did not know what she was doing at all but she got help from the Manager that did not care to be bother. I ended up losing all my contacts off my phone 3 days before christmas day and they took $66.05 from me that I have wait a week to be added back to my card.I did not even get to switch over because you have to buy a whole new phone which was something else. I was not told by the sell Rep. Also, had to listen to the other store employees talk about about smoking Weed. I did not deserve to be treated this way, like am a nice person and very respectable and especially not before Christmas Day.

I wish I couldve gotten all the help I needed with activating my new phone. He went ahead and inserted the sim. He claimed the wifi signal was not strong enough to transfer my contacts, pictures, data. I had to go home and figure out how to do it myself.
