PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE !! Disclaimer I love coach and will always be a fan of the brand and company .However the customer service at this store was horrible and I will never shop here again !! The sales associates will pressure you into buying what they think looks best on you and if you decide to return or exchange it like I did , the store manager will refuse to take it back !! I literally had a brand new bag with the tags on it and the store manager said it was used and unsellable all because they didnt want a return or exchange ! I drove 30 minutes to the tanger on tanger on highway 17 and the manager GLADLY exchanged my bag no hassle no questions asked ! and the associates were so sweet and understandable ! Relatable they agreed the bag didnt fit me and pink did look better ! AWESOME STAFF ON HIGHWAY 17 will be back ! DO NOT SHOP AT 501 they will not treat you the same when you return or exchange . Associates didnt even greet me at 501 when they seen that I came in with a bag !! Never again will I shop here. They will be your best friends until you want to return or exchange !

If you go to a Kay jewelers at a ranger outlet go to the one on Kings HWy not the one on 501 they have terrible customer service and dont follow Kay jewelers guidelines on returns (ie you are supposed to be able to return things at any Kay jewelers location without any hassle) and they really arent all that polite or interested in helping you with anything theyd rather ignore you and not help you find what your looking for and Im a person that spends literally thousands of dollars at Kay jewelers a year but this store is terrible I highly recommend you go to the one on kings hwy and ask for Jennifer shes great extremely helpful and great at customer service she will also give you the best possible deal she can do again do not go to this tanger outlets Kay jewelers everyone that works there is well pretty much awful again Im a customer that spends thousands of dollars but I will stick to going to the Kay jewelers on kings hwy at that tanger outlets and 501 has lost my business entirely

Tanger is awesome! We look forward to a day of shopping whenever we visit the area. The stores are neatly organized, easy to find, and well stocked. The parking is easily accessible to store locations, and the rest room facilities are clean, plentiful and well marked. I signed on to the Tanger rewards program and for the $10 lifetime fee, I feel that investment was a smart one. I saved that $10 many times over with the purchases I made in just one day. My rewards points will accumulate, and all I have to do is stop in to the customer service center whenever I visit and pick up a new coupon book in the future. I look forward to receiving emails from Tanger keeping me up to date on future promotions. I only wish that there was a Tanger outlet in the Richmond Virginia area!

Shopping at Tanger Hwy 17 and Hwy 501 is always great! Customer service at 501 is most pleasant experience. The people are helpful and very nice. Customer service at Tanger 17 is not good. They have two employees that should be retrained. They are next to the food court. They are very rude. I have been told there have been many complaints regarding this very subject but nothing has been done because they are still there. I guess these two rude people do not realize that the customers actually pay their salaries. This has been going on for at least a year and I would think the outlet would be concerned about this but apparently not. Whenever possible and whenever I need customer service, I try to visit Tanger Highway 501. They know how to treat a customers nicely!

J`apprécie grandement votre livret de coupons, par contre, les coupons aidant à la recherche contre le cancer pourrait être septembre et octobre, ou s`échelonner du 15 sept au 15 octobre, ce qui les Touristes qui résident 1 mois seulement ( sept ) et les coupons débutent seulement le 1er octobre.Je loue chaque année du 1er sept au 30 sept. Merçi de prendre le temps de considérer ceci pour 2017.

My husband and I own a condo a Myrtle Beach and shop at Tanger often. We were there twice during the month of October. I purchased a Pink Card on my first visit and received several discounts that weekend at the Tanger at Hwy 17. We returned last weekend and were able to shop at both the Hwy 17 and the Hwy 501 locations. We again used this card repeatedly to get an extra 25% off at each store. All the stores and outlet centers are extremely nice and always clean. I do the majority of the cloth shopping for my family at the Tanger Outlets. We got to watch Trick or Treaters going from store to store to get their goodies. It was nice to see the employees dressed up giving out candy to these youngsters.

I always love Tanger Outlets regardless of which location I visit. Great value for the money spent. My only complaint with the locations at Myrtle Beach (I shopped at both during my recent visit) is I get really annoyed with the vacation and time share company staff that badger you to death from their kiosks. You tell them "No" and they still come at you with reasons why what they have is better than anything else. I realize they are high pressure salespeople but when I am on vacation Im trying to relax. Just like everything else in life, NO means NO. Please do something about these annoying salespeople.

I look forward to coming to the beach and shopping at the Tanger outlets. I love the variety of stores and the extra coupons from the coupon books really saves me lots of money! We never have room in our car for a stroller. Being a member gives me a free stroller rental and that is a huge benefit too. I also discover a new favorite store each time I shop (The Cosmetic Company was my favorite find this time beside Wilsons Leather Store and The Candy Barrel had the best taffy). Its always a nice experience to shop at Tanger with something for all three of my children!

My experience shopping on memorial day weekend. Well the sales that was available in every store at that time was extra discounts. People were very nice to you in all the tangers office and even hoped you had a good time. Also very helpful to people with disabilities . I love my tangers and I usually like going there. Im a loyal tangers shoppers and have always been .I like being able to enjoy a day outside. So with this its both a joy being outside and taking advantage of a good deal. Thank you Tangers Outlet for being near my home.

I love coming here often, the employees are so helpful and sweet they make every trip worthwhile! I went to the Columbia store and Nike store for shoes and back packs. I was impressed, pleased and surprised with all the discounts I received! I had 2-3 people per store that helped me find what I wanted. There were a pair of shoes I desired that were out of my color I preferred, so they ordered them online with a military discount! I will remain a customer again and again for the location, employees, and their fabulous selection!
