One of the best Outlet malls. They had some of the best deals we got on our trip to Rochester during Black Friday sale. We missed first 2 days of sale as we listened to the hotel staff, that there are no good deals in Outlet Mall. On our way back we stopped by for couple of hours and we found they have much better deals than malls anywhere in Rochester. We regret not going there first or second day. Due to time constraint we visited only first few stores and found best prices on clothing, kitchen utensils sunglasses etc. Go with your guts, dont listen to hotel receptionists.

Um Outlet pequeno, às margens da rodovia, no meio do nada. Ele é aberto, o que é ruim na região que está, muito fria. Também peca em cupons, não tem muitos. A praça de alimentação é bem pequena.

This place is in dire need of a facelift. There are a lot of stores, but they are placed so far away from each other it doesnt seem like a cohesive shopping experience. The Nine West outlet barely has any stock. The food selection could be better considering it is in the middle of no where. The "Greek" Mediterranean restaurant is clean and the food is delicious. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Expansive outdoor mall with great discounts to be had at some stores. Mostly focused on clothing and shoes but youll also find audio and kitchen supplies. Food court offers free WiFi but the past few years have proven it to be utterly unreliable. The attendant will reboot the router occasionally, but the signal only lasts a short while.

Over all good shopping destination for a brand freak. Lots of big names like Calvin Klein, Tommy, Guess... and all big sports brand. Not all the stores will carry heavy discounts. To get the best deals visit on holidays like Halloween and Thanksgiving, most of the stores will have sale and chances of getting the best deal are high.

This outlet mall is pretty good. Its not that walkable and the stores are sort of spread out. Parking is abundant but sometimes hard to get near the stores. It can be hard to find the kiosk that you need in order to get the coupon book and sometimes they run out. Theres an awesome restaurant called Big Greek in the food court area.

Parking is a mess. Its crowded with busses of people who tend to be a little rude and not in tune with conventional behavior. The last restroom I entered was covered in TP and feces. EVERYWHERE. Their prices dont typically reflect outlet prices. Ive seen some that were equal or higher to the stores online offerings.

Didnt do the entire outlets. Found good bargains in the stores I did shop. Also went to the "Big Greek" for lunch. Had fantastic food, however there was a 15 minute wait due to lines. The food was definitely worth the wait. Went out of their way to accommodate my dietary needs.

Disappointed in the selection available for Big and Tall. Found sneakers, but couldnt find a jean jacket. Amazon beats the prices at the Samsonite store there, and the salesmen ignored me to talk about the new car one of them bought, even after I asked some questions.

Meh. Havent been here in a long time- headed out for back to school shopping for the kids and the big name sports had minimal selection for the 5-12 yr old range. Only a rack or two per store. Prices were the same as local discount stores (marshalls, etc).

Totally wasted my time. There is no real deal. Drove from Rochester for 50min. to find out prices are same as regular store. You can drop by if you are passing by, but not worth it just to make a trip for it. Found far better deals in Buffalo.

Good quality outlet stores. Pretty easy to get to on the NYS Thruway and it is reasonably priced at most stores. The smell of the manure from a nearby farm is the only negative about this place. The food court could use some new blood, as well.

Brick and mortar shopping has really lost its appeal and competitiveness to online retailers. Still, if you want a semi-decent place to shop and not be stuck inside the stale air of a fully enclosed mall, the Waterloo Outlets are the place to go.

The shopping here kept my wife busy for a couple of hours while I played with my son in the grass by the parking lot. I was pleasantly surpass when she kept dropping off bags to find we had not spent nearly as much as an average shopping trip.

Was here Dec 28. Was super empty so I was hoping to find lots of sales.... Everything was marked high and said 50% off which still felt like regular price items. Plenty of washroom. Big names but not good enough prices. Oh lots of parking too

You can see it from the highway but to get there you have to exit at a ramp that is about 10 minutes drive away. The place has its decent share of brands. Foodcourt and restroom could be improved. Nice staff overall but services are slow.

Spread out, outside, outlet mall. Some of the shops arent up to much but others have fantastic sales and great value to be had. Sign up in advance for the coupon book (its free in advance, but you pay on the day) some good discounts.

Great place to shop! There is something for everyone. Littles, tweens, 20-somethings - everyone will find a shop they love. From trendy to classic, it appears all styles of clothing can be found. Great bargains are everywhere.

We came from Canada to shop here. I was blown away by the prices. The food court is unfortunately a little small as far as selection goes. The stores are all pretty big though and there is a lot of variety in where you can shop.

Good selection of outlets to choose from, usually have good stuff and good sales to take advantage of. Gets a bit crowded on the weekends, so if you have time during the week to make the trip, Id suggest it to beat the crowds.

Waterloo offers a good selection of stores in a variety of areas. My biggest etc concern is that all the stores that I enjoy tend to close, many times not replaced by a similar store, leaving a void in that shopping category.

Great shopping experiance. Majority brands have a outlet here. Was raining and shop offered plastic bag to keep umbrella and hang it. Good experiance in all the stores. Vast variety. Horizontally spread shopping complex.

Visit every year for the holiday sales. Worth checking out about that often for the fantastic sales. Overall, the prices at most stores are generally not much better than you can get at other locations or online.

Prices are not lower than regular stores in general. Cant even see the signs either because trees block them. Everything around there is expensive too because of the casino near it so its not worth the drive.
