On Vacation from Pittsburgh and have a few more visits planned this year. This was our first time at these Tanger Outlets. They were the the nicest ones we have been to even nicer than our home Washington PA Tanger. There is allot to know about these ones. First Tanger outlets Rehoboth is in 3 separate locations on the same road. 2 of them are almost across from each other. The third is about 2.5 miles up the road on the left.(coming from OC) This last one Surfside was our favorite. This outlet had Kate Spade, Tory Burch, Lululemon........ all in one. The other set Tanger Bayside Nike, The Northface, Under Armour..... Lastly and the largest is Tanger Seaside has CK, AE, Hollister, Jockey, Orvis, Brooks Brothers...... Look up each of these to find the stores before you go. The main highway out front is crazy busy. The good is they have everything, and the not great is if you need to go to 3 stores and they are in all 3 different locations you will spend more time getting there, finding parking... than shopping. So plan well before hand especially if your not from the area. Everything was very busy, especially the traffic, we went on a Sunday Mid May I can only wait to see what it is like at the High point of vacation season. I will update this post on our final trip after Labor Day

Went to the Rehoboth outlets on Saturday March 27, 2016 with my wife. We had a good experience. The weather was nice and we were able to shop at stores and designers we like. The selection of stores to shop is impressive. The prices are good. We also were able to use some store coupons we received by email with no problems. However, the coupons in the coupon book at shopper services which you can buy or get free if a AAA member (I am a AAA member so it was free), almost was not worth the paper it is written on or the 2 minutes time and 25 extra steps I had to take to get that coupon book. Many of the.coupons required spending over $100.00 at that individual store to get only 10% 0ff. Some coupons are like $20.00 off if you spend $250.00. I go to the outlets in Rehoboth for mainly two reasons. One, is the prices are reasonable. The second is a wide variety of stores to shop. I can find what I am looking for even if want just one item. So the coupon book is useless to me because I do not generally spend $200.00 at one store, but at times I will spend $300 to $500 or more total I a shopping trip in which I have shopped at several Tanger outlet stores. We typically have an awesome experience when shopping at Tanger. However, the one thing that we continuously run into, is an issue with the coupons/coupon book. For years, every time we come to the Outlets, we expect to be able to use our coupon book and without issue. However, it seems that the stores (the ones that we frequent) always have a sale going on of which we are told we cannot use our coupon. Some of the coupons in the book are not specific to other sales, cant be used if/when, etc. A suggestion would be that the coupons are more specific or that the stores do not offer one unless the coupon can be used for every purchase. We look forward to getting the best deals that Tanger can offer, but do not always receive those due to restrictions that either the coupon book reflects or that the store has...in other words, there is no consistency. We will continue to visit Tanger, but are disappointed about those particular inconsistencies and do wish that the individual stores and Tanger work better together toward providing impeccable customer service.

As Delawarians, we especially enjoy shopping at the Rehoboth Outlets during the off-season. Summertime brings crowds of people, but we still shop there and "fight" the crowds. Your latest inducement to rack up points by bringing sales slips to the customer service facility is quite an incentive. The ladies who take our slips are always so pleasant and polite, and earning prizes is exciting. The coupons I receive in the mail are great. I was happy to see the new Christopher Banks store open; now we dont have to go to Dover or Pennsylvania to shop for their styles. Id really enjoy a Tall Girls Shoe store at any of your outlets, but we gladly travel the hour to take advantage of all the stores you have to offer. Im presently at the 1,000 point level for this year, and Im looking forward to my next reward. Thank you. Holly Mjaanes

Five or 6 of us girls travel to the outlets in Rehoboth, DE twice a year; once in April and once in November (for Christmas shopping). We love that time together and shop the entire day. We can find only two drawbacks. While you may have some eat-in restaurants, we dont have the time to wait for that type of eatery. Only one of your malls offers soft pretzels and drinks. We feel that more quick eating vendors should be available. Also, your office for issuing coupons and handing out the "gifts" if you spend the required amount of money is in the northernmost mall. We finish shopping in the southernmost mall so we never get to claim our "gift" for spending so much money at the outlets. An office is needed at the southernmost mall to alleviate driving all the way back to your one office. Regardless, we love our shopping trips to your outlets!

I love coming to Tanger Outlets, Rehobeth. I would come every chance I could get; however, I typically can only make it once a year when I am in the area for a conference. I always find lots of great items to purchase and this year was just as successful for me. I love that the pink breast cancer cards are now plastic instead of paper and can be used repeatedly. The employees I encountered in Dress Barn and Especially in Lane Bryant were super nice, helpful and patient, allowing me to pick the correct items for my needs, and making it a very enjoyable experience. The Ladies at the Seaside Shoppers Services were pleasant and helpful and a joy to meet. Overall, I continue to appreciate and value the wonderful shopping experiences at Rehoboth Tanger Outlets. Please build one near my home in St Marys County in beautiful southern maryland!!! :-)

The over experience was good. The only bad part of the whole shopping trip was as a handicap person, (I ride on a motorized scooter), it was hard to move around in the stores. The aisles werent wide enough to go through without knocking things off the racks. This is something that all the stores need to take into consideration. I went into a shoe store and I could only go down the aisle but had to backup to get out of it, therefore I didnt do anymore shopping or looking in that store. At the Lane Bryant store, the employees did take note of the problem; whether or not the problem will be addressed, I dont know. I enjoy shopping at Target Outlet but sometimes it isnt always possible for me to have someone with me that is willing to go into the clothing racks and hold things up for me to see.
