The store is awesome, but most of the staff is not. I never get asked if I need help with finding anything and if I ask, I get snubbed by one of the employees. I dont know if its because Im seventeen and they think im not going to buy anything, but their wrong because Im a VIB ROUGE. Very disappointed with the staff, for the amount of money Im paying I should at least be treated with respect because the last time I was treated so badly I dont know if I even want to return to the store. I recommend going to the JC Penny counter in Crossgates mall because the way you are treated is amazing.

Someone reviewed that the staff never offers help. Well I would have given it 5 stars if the staff would leave me alone. I will admit the last time I went there I didnt get asked if I needed help at all but they were so busy. However the time before that all 4 of the employees asked me if I needed help and two of the them twice. Complete overkill. Maybe Im being picky, but that experience, to me, felt like I was being harassed. I guess the staff need to find a happy medium? Once or twice is enough. Ok enough bashing. Other than that I love the store! All my fav cosmetics.

5 star customer service. The products are great and if you dont like a product you can exchange it for another product. I always feel warm and welcomed when I enter the store. Christina has helped me so many times and truly remembers the products I have bought and always asks how they are working for me. Love glamglow products. Cannot see how anyone can give it any less than 5 stars.

I agree with the review under me, the staff needs to find a happy medium when it comes to offering help. The same people will ask several times during the same visit. When Im standing there trying to swatch eyeshadow or lipstick and the same 2 people ask me if they can help me over and over, I feel like they think Im going to steal or something. Its very uncomfortable.
