Definitely go to the Sephora inside the JCPenny because the associates are soo much more helpful and go out of their way to talk to you. The other Sephora that is in the OV mall (the larger store) has associates that ignore you and never will make eye contact. They basically will run away or be so immersed in their little make up meetings that they pretend to not hear customers or realize their actual job is to help customers. So stop by the smaller Sephora inside JCPennys to see the nicer and more helpful associates!

Its better to go to the Sephora store in the Oxford Valley mall than to the one in JCPenny. No one ever tries to help you or say hi at the one in JCPenny. But in the Sephora store you will feel like a welcomed guest.
