Proceed with caution! I had spoken with Javid about getting a ring made that would be within my specified budget, using less expensive stones. He assured me that this could be done without issue. A week later, when the ring was supposed to be ready, he tells me that while my ring is ready, his supplier (I thought he made/modified rings himself, apparently not) did not in fact use stones that could meet my budget, and instead the ring would cost over 50% more than my max price. He was aware that time was a factor, and I believe used this to his advantage to try to use a bait and switch tactic to pressure me into buying this much more expensive ring. He said that I could buy the more expensive ring, and have a cheaper one made later, and then exchange it under the guise of needing to polish it. This puts me in a position of deceiving the rings recipient, on account of their supposed mistake. This entire interaction seemed very suspicious and disingenuous; I ended up walking and found a different ring elsewhere. Beware of their bait and switch tactics!

I would like to share my story with anyone considering doing business with Mr. Javid and his company. 25 years ago, my father had Mr. Javid design and create my mothers wedding ring. 25 years later, after my family moved from Bellevue, WA, to Tampa, FL, I contacted Mr. Javid to create an exact replica of the same ring he made for my mom, but this time out of white gold for my fiancee. Mr. Javid answered my phone calls and emails for over 2 months as he helped me decide on elements of the ring, and also to select the perfect diamond. Everyone that sees the ring is amazed by it. I will be Mr. Javid Mozafarians customer for life, even all the way from Florida, 3000 miles across the country.

I used to see Kia, hes very super nice. We bought our wedding rings here. We went here to clean our rings every 6 months. Now Kia is gone, the service is bad. Today we stopped by and asked if they can buff and clean our rings, the lady owners wife said "the ring look just fine, dont need to buff" we said "we havent clean our rings for over 6months, we need to buff because its a lot of scratches" she responded "we dont have anyone here to do the buffing, so just clean" and she told us even on the weekday the jeweler doing buffing sometime is in and out. Ughhhhh. The reason we go back here because of Kia and a great service but thats no longer the case. We will not come back here again.

After my fiancé and I had problems with one of the large Jewelery companies damaging the diamond during the setting process we decided to try something a little more local, enter Nique Design Jewelers! Even before we bought anything from them they were all so helpful, and knowledgeable, answering questions about wedding rings. We had them set our diamond into our engagement ring, and they let me watch, that helped put me at ease after the prior experiences that I had. So whenever Im looking for any jewelery the first place that I head to is Nique Design Jewelers, bar none!

We stopped into Niques on a whim and found exactly what we were looking for -- and it was in our budget and better quality/detail. I was having a hard time finding THE engagement ring that my Fiancée wanted. I walked in to Nique and was blown away by the quality of the work. I found a center diamond that I liked there but the setting wasnt what Sarah wanted. So Nique custom made my fiancees oval diamond halo ring! Its exactly what she had dreamed of and I couldnt be happier. The customer service is fantastic - friendly, quick, quality.

Really love this jewelers, lovely place to go. amazing employers and most important really high quality of gold, diamonds, rubes and so on. Everyone is always welcome. great location by downtown Bellevue park on Bellevue Way. And any prices you feel good with, Owner is always in the store so he can give u good saving:))))

High integrity, very knowledgeable jeweler. We bought both my and my husbands wedding sets here and hubby went back to Javid here for my 10 year diamond earring gift. Lifetime cleaning and polishing and they seriously look brand new afterward. Javid and his team are our lifetime, go to Jewelers.
