Purchased a 24" 14 Kt Franco Box Chain. I thought the price was too high but really wanted it for my girlfriend. Found out the next day I could get the same exact necklace on-line and from other jewelers for $500.00 less!! Will be returning it tomorrow and I intend to make certain they know Im extremely unhappy. Dont get ripped off by this store. Go ANYWHERE else.

Kirkland Fred Meyer Jewelers it was a sad experience in my life. Very bad customer service , I will never buy anything there , or use their services. I would give them zero stars but I dont have this option

Decent store with good watch repair tech in it. When items on sale, have got some nice gifts. They did price match with their website. Friendly and bit pushy.
