Worst customer service!!! Dont bother complaining to the manager because nothing will change. Dont shop here if you want customer service. Parking is way too small. But this would be a great place to work if you want to be able to stand around and chat with your coworkers, and be rude to the customers and get away with it. Ive worked in retail/ customer service before and there is no way I would have gotten away with any of the horrible services Ive gotten here. There is no management here, its all a facade!

I really want the Fred Mayer and all of the other businesses thats in the Fred Meyer plaza to relocate somewhere in Lake Stevens because I really want a horse farm to take over the Fred Meyer Plaza. I really want the Bothell Red Robin and all of the other businesses thats in the Red Robin Plaza to relocate somewhere in Lake Stevens because I really want pine trees to be planted where the Red Robin Plaza is.

They are horrible customer services only 2 people working on weekends you have to wait in line 20 min. Then they tell your medicine not ready even doctor called 2 days ago. After you wait your medicine to they tell still not ready. I spend on weekend about 1 hour trying to get medicine. Never going back there again. I wouldnt even give them 1 star

If a 43inch plasma tv is on your list "YOU WONT FIND IT AT FRED MEYER". Went in to buy a tv and it wasnt in stock. They gave me a rain check and two weeks later after calling non stop they told me the tv was being phased out. So after patiently waiting for them to restock, I now have a worthless raincheck and no tv. THANKS GUYS

Instead of making a small one second fix to an earring they broke it two times and tore the stone away rendering it completely unusable and to make the experience completely unforgettable they just laughed and said "oops, we cant do anything, come next Monday (4th time) maybe we will have it fixed and maybe not". Super arrogant!

I purchased a ring from them, with the care package for free resizing and maintenance. I had gotten the ring resized. Now I am returning the ring, and an told they need to subtract the resizing from the return total. $65!!!! Needless to say I will not be choosing fred Myers jewlers in the future. They staff was nice enough .

The staff is friendly and in general pretty knowledgeable. If they dont have an answer they find out. They have a great selection of higher end jewelry at great prices. I love shopping there, its so convenient when I do my grocery shopping I can get my watch battery changed.

The people working the counter were lovely - helpful, thoughtful, and on top of their games. The cost was exorbitant, and I would likely go elsewhere for the same item, at a lower cost. It cost roughly $40+ for a single (silver) jump ring to add to a necklace.

This is a great place to shop. They carry everything I need in the last minute. I cant recall her name correctly, but the lady who usually works at the self check out section is so nice. She always helps customers with a smile on her face.

Grocery area disappointment.Poor restocking resulting in poor selection. Specifically in produce - not only one incident. Multiple visits -as I liked Freddies. Were moving on to other options.
