Was pretty disappointed to take my 2 dogs into this Burnside location at 630pm only to be told they are closed. When I told the woman their posted hours say they close at 7pm, she said "yeah we close at 7, but Ive already disinfected the wash tubs, so." To which I responded "Im sorry, but you cant do it again?" She said "I dont want to, no." Not sure what kind of repeat business they are expecting with this kind of customer service, but Im sure the corporate offices would be interested to know their store associates are turning away customers before their stores actually close.

While I am not the biggest fan of Petco itself, the staff here have been great each time I go. I used to buy cat food here and toys. They have a better selection of healthier grain free dry foods. I only wish they had as much cat stuff as they do for dogs. Other than that, great!

The staff at the store are very helpful. We took a series of puppy training classes there and Christina, our instructor, was knowledge, patient and positive. Our puppy - and her humans - learned a lot.

This place is severely understaffed and overpriced. Even a small purchase that we didnt need selection help with took over half an hour! Thank god the cat they had for adoption was cute.

Very nice store with an upscale feel. The staff here is knowledgeable and friendly. Great return policy so I could get the right no bark system for my dog.
