When the kitties and I moved to San Rafael, they got their new kitty stroller from here. I tried to support the local small pet store down the street, but the people there were extremely rude and never got back to me regarding pet strollers. Unfortunately for them, they tried to be nicer when they heard I was looking to donate money to local cat rescues....by then I had it with them and decided to shop at Pet Food Express. When the kitties and I recently moved, they got new toys, new fuzzy mice and a snazzy new filtered water fountain from P.F.E. The staff is nice and very helpful. I still support local pet stores (like Red Hill) when I can. Pet Food Express happens to carry larger selections of pet food and items all the time so its convenient.

Visiting the Pet Express in San Anselmo is always a pleasant experience for me and my shy golden doodle. We are always greeted when we enter and given OUTSTANDING customer service. I have needed advice on the best car bed, nicest food stands, differences in the various foods , halters and training leashes. Whoever is helping me goes beyond the norm in helping me find the right solution - without exception. I would especially call out Bobbie Cook - pleasant, professional , and always makes my shopping experience fun!
