Not happy at all with their Grooming service. Ive used the services five times maybe. Each time I stand and wait and wait. I am never acknowledged by grooming staff. Today I arrived for my appointment. After waiting ten minutes I went to the front and asked "what does it take to be acknowledged back there?" twice I did this. The front staff informed me I was late for my appointment. I was told at @2:00, I wrote down @ 2:00 while making the appointment. I have the post-it here at my desk. I was offered an appointment 1/2 later. I had already waited twenty minutes. NO THANK YOU. I returned my purchase and was refunded the grooming fee. They lost me as a customer. I wrote them a note on the website, I writing a note here, next stop YELP. How can they call themselves a spa?? Just for simple nail trimming. Im not as upset about the mix up with the appointment. Im upset because it took twenty minutes to leave the store dissatisfied. Everything I have bought in the store can be had online much cheaper. The convenience of picking it at the store is no more.

Very disappointing experience. 1. Scheduled grooming appointment was in the AM, was told when I arrived that it would be 4 hrs later before I could pick up our dog. Issue = was not advised when making the appointment. 2. Arrived to find out that they were running late due to a puppy that was giving them issues. Another hour delay. Issue = they had my cell phone, could have called to advise me before hand. 3. Returned to find out that there was an additional $10 handling fee now payable due to our dog having been uncontrollable. Issue = they had my cell phone, could have called to advise me before hand. 4. Charged me the original fee + handling fee, then presented our dog w/ only the hair on her back side cut. Nothing else done. 5. The manager stepped in and refunded the $10 handling fee (not the original grooming fee). Issue = nice gesture, however, I consider having only the hair on our dogs back cut as being 1/3 of the job. 6. Our dog = a 8 month, 4 pound yorkshire terrier w/ the disposition of a field mouse. Consider yourself forewarned!

I truly dont understand how they dont have better ratings. I love coming here and its recommended by many. I was afraid that it would be so expensive but looking at prices and considering their portions on some things I absolutely love coming here. I come with millions of questions and the staff understands and is always ready to answer each and every questions. They are also always on the mood to chitchat which I love it makes me feel like they truly honestly care and it makes me feel like Im not crazy with all the pet stories I have! This place is genuine and awesome. As long as Im here I will continue to go here right off the bat.

My girlfriend took our dog here for training and the trainer was so mean to her that she was crying when she got home. First she took our dog that we had just adopted from the pound to be evaluated and see what type of training that he needed, then signed up for the class that was recomended. Durring the class she was insulted and told that she had no controll over her dog (of course she didnt have controll, thats why she was taking the class), then they were kicked out of the class.

I love this store. They carry only the best dog food products so I can feel safe with any choice I make. They also have an amazing woman that works there that helped fit my dog in a new head harness. I will use this store for all of my dogs needs including nail trims and training.

Huge selection of great quality food for cats and dogs, lots of healthy treats. There are toys, clothes, cat towers, kennels, lots of accessories. They offer training classes and groomers. They also have a rewards program. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and nice.

Love this store! So many wonderful products. Prices are a little more then some of the other local big chains but well worth it!! My puppy loves everything I have purchased from toys to snacks and everything in between. Also lots of fun events and classes to take!!

Loooove this place. I always feel confident buying my pet supplies here, knowing Im getting a good quality, safe product. Their groomers are AMAZING, I highly recommend them. They took great care of my little Golden Doodle and made him super cute.

Knowledgeable, helpful staff. Great product variety. Groomers & self service dog wash on site. Bored pup? Take them for an obedience class indoors by a great trainer! You wont be disappointed with this store.
