Just Me

Awesome staff! Always helpful and courteous. Every time Im in there they offer to carry my purchase out to the car for me. My son frequently forgets to tell me we are out of food. I ran up one night, about 15 minutes after closing, the gal inside opened the store back up for me so that my dogs wouldnt go hungry that night. I cant ask for a better store. Bonus... They price match and they have a rewards program and a military discount!!!

I have a wonderful experience every time I come here!! Russell and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I return every single time. Every since my dog was a puppy I have came here for advice for the best food to feed him and how much he should be consuming and when. As a result, my dog is healthy with beautiful hair and skin! I love how involved with the community they are as well. Thank you, Pet Pros!!

They have a huge stock of quality food for your pet, including many brands of raw that I simply cant find anywhere else. Went to get my dog food like normal, and my 8 month old fell asleep on the drive over. Not wanting to wake him up I called from outside and the employee Russell said he could take my card over the phone, or ring me up and bring my change out to me. Love that he was willing to help me out so my little one didnt have to wake up for a 2 minute trip inside! Awesome customer service!

The customer service here is awesome and they are so very helpful. I have a special needs dog and I needed a new harness for her and they were very accommodating and helpful and when the first one didnt work no issues returning it and helping me find the right one. I will be buying all my dog food and dog supplies from this location from now on.

I cant say enough about this place. Ive been in a couple times now. They have the most friendly, knowlegable staff Ive experienced anywhere. I had an issue with my pets digestion and they helped me find the right food and suggested different things to try and help my pet eat better. Love this place!

My favorite (!) place for dog and cat food, always nice, going out of their way to help and if there should be a problem with the food you can exchange the open bag. Personally I am excited to shop at a place that doesnt sell pets but works with rescues.
