I went in a few days ago looking for bird food. The guy who helped me was nice enough to show me where the poor selection of bird food was. I asked him if the store was going to be getting any other types of bird food and in larger begs. It felt like he got all offended by the question. I applied for this store for buying locally for products but I dont appreciate his attitude afterwards. I asked if they were going to expand on their bird products he said absolutely not. So I honestly feel that they need to change their name and take feather out of the name... I will never walk in this store again since they refuse to bring in more bird items. Btw I seen dog food thats not locally made in there as well....

I drive down to Fang and Feather from Vancouver. The owners and staff are always friendly and helpful and their products are top of the line. My dog has several allergies and I once called them with a question about what I should feed her. I had to leave a message and they actually called back! You dont get that kind of treatment from other pet stores. Oh yes, their prices are right in line with other stores but their quality is much higher.

They carry a wide variety of pet food, many healthy natural brands at good prices and they always are helpful and seem knowledgable about the products. We have been going to them for a few years now and think they have good prices and great customer service. They also have a nice discount plan where you get a free bag of food after you purchase a certain number of bags.

Fang & Feather is the best—Im so glad to have such a wonderful pet shop within walking distance. The owner, Nancy, is so awesome and does great things for the community. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and the food they carry is excellent and reasonably priced. Also, my dogs got their picture taken with "Santa" (Nancy in a Santa costume) at Christmas—adorable.

Helpful knowledgeable staff and a great selection of items. There is usually street parking right in front of the store. We purchased several items here after adopting a dog. Everyone here has been kind to our dog and made great recommendations. This is our new go to place.

Super helpful staff and the Timothy hay is local and cheaper than other places with a sweet reward of every 12 or 13 you buy you get a free bag and all the other things I would need for my piggies in a less than a twenty minute trip to and from there.

This pet shop hosts our Rescues meet and sniffs every month and are so gracious. Knowledgeable staff who takes an interest to meet each of our rescue pups. I feel so lucky to get to have our events at this pet store.

They have that small business feel. Carry healthy options for cats and dogs and even supply crickets at 10 cents per bug. Love it! The people are always friendly and locals walk in chit-chatting with everyone
