I visited Experimac recently because I was having a lot of issues with my mac that I used for work. I was really impressed with how knowledgable the staff was. They were able to resolve my issues quickly and they presented me with appropriate solutions. They were extremely fair (arguably generous) with their service fee too! (I personally havent had a lot of luck with other electronic retailers, especially the "big" ones. A lot of times I feel like I receive little to no value from the services they provide.) I was so pleased with Experimac that I decided to purchase a new Mac for personal use. Experimac was a new and better experience for me, they did not try to sell a bunch of nonsense to me or the most expensive model in their store. They listened to my needs as a mac user, as well as my frustrations with my current circumstances, and directed me to some great options. I was so impressed by the quality of their products and how economical their prices were. I could have never purchased a device like this off the Apple store shelves on my current budget. Beyond fixing my old work mac issues and helping me decide on the product best suited for me, they also offered to help me set up my mac and transfer some files - free of charge! I couldnt believe it. Both gentlemen repeatedly mentioned that I was welcome to return to the store if I ever had any questions or needed help with anything. They are very accommodating to their customers and for that I am so grateful. From now on, I will go to Experimac if I experience any tech issues or if I need to purchase a new Apple device. Hassle free shopping experience, quick and helpful service- IM SOLD!!

A few days ago, I spilled water on the keyboard of my MacBook Air. I took it to the Apple Store to have them quote me $755 plus tax for an entire new motherboard. I felt that was too much, so I figured I would see what Experimac had to say. I was blown away by my excellent experience. I spoke with Zack and he addressed all of my concerns, and went above and beyond for me. He was honest, understanding, and obviously experienced with Apple products. Since my spill was mild, I was very lucky and all the motherboard needed was a good cleaning. Zack took time to give my board a great cleaning, and my laptop is as good as new! The price of the repair went from $755 plus tax at Apple to $133 out the door at Experimac! I cant thank these guys enough. I would recommend this company to any of my friends/family. Dont waste time at the Apple Store, go here first!

The guys at experimac were very personable, extremely knowlagable and the prices for repair were a relief. When I initially took my MacBook to the apple store, I waited an hour (even with an appointment) just for them to tell me I needed to buy a new MacBook Pro and that I could finance if I didnt have the money that day.. no thanks. The guys at experimac informed me to the contrary that my older (mid 2012) MacBook pro was one of the better builds and that if I just upgraded to a solid state drive she would be up and running fast again! Sure enough, my laptop seems brand new and I am having no more lag when opening programs or hopping online. And the best part is it saved me a thousand bucks! Ill be bringing all my apple devices in here from now on.

My brother and I had taken his laptop here and they did a fantastic job breaking down the issues and options in way more honest and strait forward detail than the Apple Store folk. No up-selling, just direct answers and affordable solutions. His 2012 macbook pro is 50x faster now. Before we came here he was thinking of scrapping it and buyin new. The guys at Experimac saved him about 1-2k! Turn around time is also super quick - they had my iPhone 5 screen fixed in a half hour! Seriously cant recommend this store enough.

Experimac is incredible! Great product at a fair price and out of this world customer service! I shared with them what I was planning on using the computer for and what I was looking for. They pointed me to a few machines and helped me determine which would work best. The product is amazing, but its the people that make this store incredible! Get your gently used mac here. You wont regret it!
