I took my laptop in for removal of a virus. They kept my computer for 5 full days. When I went to pick it up, they said if I sign up for their Quality Care service for $14.95/mo., I would get a $25 discount on the bill ($279.) I remember being told I could try it out and cancel if I didnt think it was valuable to me. I agreed. Less than 30 days later, I got another virus. They said they would need the computer another 4-5 days. I called a competitor and they did it over the phone right then. I called the corporate office to cancel the service and was told for the first time it was a 1 year contract and there was a $45 cancellation fee. I objected and did not want to pay anything extra. They said when I agreed to the service I clicked on an "I Agree" button on THEIR screen in the store that explained the cancellation fee. It did not matter to them that I said I was told something different, and never really had the chance to read the "contract" there in the store when picking up my laptop. Their justification was that I COULD have read the contract but chose not to. The idea that I was told something else by the technician was irrelevant to them. I have been a business owner for the majority of my adult life and would never treat anyone, customer or not, in a way I would not want to be treated. What they did may be legal, but in my opinion, it is certainly unethical. My conclusion: Find someone else!

Excellent, excellent service!!! We presented a very complex challenges to them. One was a Mac computer needing to be taken apart and given more RAM. Keep in mind the Mac we have is not designed to be taken apart, not by the average user at least. When finished, the computer was running faster than weve ever seen it. They saved us 1000s of dollars from having to buy a new Mac. They also helped take a 2013 PC and up date it into a 2017 monster! Its running so incredibly fast with all the latest software. Yet again, they saved us a lot of money from having to buy a new PC. And most of all, none of our data was lost on either computer, all our original setting were in place. We didnt have to mess with anything (e.g. device settings, email, internet, etc). We just plugged them in and both computers moved like lightening, Thank you Data Doctors!

My husband dropped off his laptop for analysis on a Thursday. He was told that they could contact him in a couple of days to advise him what they determined to be the problem. Never got a call.... we contacted DDs to follow up and was told (one week later) that they were identify the part and trying to find a provider to get a price for the part. VERY disappointed with this business. Could not speak with a manager - was told that there are 2 techs, one tech was working solo most of the past week and there isnt a store manager (I assume there has to be a franchise owner contact) BUT this information would not be provided to me. I was instructed by the tech to go online. Would NEVER recommend this business to anyone.

Ive worked with Data Doctors for over 4 years. They built our server, maintain it and help us with all of our internet needs. When we had a fire they were out there that morning picking up all our computers, cleaning, storing, helping us work remotely, and reinstalling several times at different locations. In all cases they performed way above expectations. If we were ever unhappy...they were on it and helped resolve the issue. They know the business and I trust them. I have told many people to go get their computer fixed there and you will never lose anything. Ive used Data Doctors several times. Its not cheap, but then again, you probably cant get this type of service cheaper elsewhere. They did the job correctly every time Ive hired them for a job. One time, it took a few days longer than I had hoped for, but not a big deal.

These people will get the job done, but its overpriced. Id be okay with the prices if they didnt take 3 days to diagnose my computer and another 4-5 to actually fix it. With their prices, it should take 2-3 days total. Besides that, they are reliable and professional.
