They are very sneaky con artists in here. Essentially, they are hoping you have zero knowledge of your computer, and wont dare to open it up yourself. I took my computer in here expecting them to be able to service it. Roger (I think his name is) said my computer needed to be wiped and there should be an anti-virus software on it. I didnt have a Windows 7 disc to restore the computer, and let him do it. He charged me $100 flat for the restore of and the anti software install. He later found out there was bad RAM stick in there, and took it out, and told me the computer would work fine. Im not even sure if he tested my computer because after the first shut down after I took it home the computer started to freeze and then go to sleep. The Blue Screen of Death came on and I took the codes down from that seeing that all but one of the RAM sticks had gone bad. I called in asking for a refund because he diagnosed my computer wrong, and I found out they dont give refunds here. Also, if they cant fix your computer you only get store credit.......I was told they guarantee their work for 30 days, but they never offered to repair the computer correctly, after they diagnosed it wrong. After I spoke with Roger again he told me he would put new RAM into my computer for half the price and charge me $50, which is about half the price it would cost him for 2GB of RAM. I found which RAM stick was bad and Im just running the computer on the good RAM stick now, and it is working fine now. Roger told me he was going to take all my RAM out, but why would you do that if there is still a working part? In reality I paid them $100 to do nothing and they expected me not to look into the computer and do the work myself. I just dont like the fact I was told their work is guaranteed for 30 days, and when they didnt solve the problem, they were just going to charge me more money.

They are a real computer shop and I could tell the second I walked in the door. They know about a lot more then just computers as well as have new and used stuff for great prices. I was there because a local chain of computer/cell repair guys was unable to fix my macbook pro. They were quick to identify the problem, which was on the motherboard and was processor graphics related. Said theyd take the chance on fixing it but not a 100% guarantee. However they have been doing them and have had good results thus far and if it dont work then I dont have to pay. Well for the price I said go for it. It worked and has been working great for over 4 months now. So Im happy and they even cleaned the computer up nice. So for your local computer needs... These guys are the best in Orlando, dont waste your time elsewhere. Thanks!

All I can say is wowww!! I brought my computer from them in Feb. Had a problem with it powering on in July. I took it back to them and they fixed them problem with me having to pay $80! Since I picked it up from them I havent been able to connect to the internet/WiFi so I took it to another place for a free diagnosis. So they didnt or forgot to reconnect my WiFi adapter. So I called them and let them know and they argued me down saying that now that is not sure if we have they didnt forget and that it must be the drive. Point being. Why not admit you made a mistake instead of arguing with the customer!!! Biggggg no no. Should of been saying .

The experienceI had with Becker was great. He gave me great advice and recommendations in regards to my situation. He stated that there was charge to diagnose the lab top. In addition, he advised me of the different promotions the store offered in regards to the purchasing of used items that was windows 7 applicable. As a result of his expertise, Im bringing in my fathers lab top in to be serviced this weekend September 7, 2013. Also, he informed me that the store had lab tops starting $129 which prompted me to be purchase one for graduate school. Thanks and look forward to visiting September 7, 2013. Tony

The crew at Computers Plus Cell Phones is outsatnding. We went in with a cracked Samsung S4 and Ronnie Williams diagnosed the problem and said what was needed without trying to sell me more than what I needed. The price was excellent and the quality of the workmanship was impecable. My phone is in better shape than when I dropped it. Oh...they give a written contact and stick to it! That is what made me Very comfortable. They are so good, I left my iPAD for them to take care of. In Orlando area, I wouldnt go to anyone else.

This was a horrible experience. The store on kirkman sold me a defected iPhone 6 and refuse to do anything. I bought the phone on July 9 and attempted to return the phone on August 15. They told me I was out of warranty so that 6 months warranty is bull. They overcharged me for the phone. I paid $585.00 for an unlocked iPhone 6 and is keeps jumping off service. The store manager said its just like buying a used car (lemon) sold as is. I dont recommend anyone to go there for any device or repair

I just so happened to be driving by this place after making a wrong turn. I was already frustrated from not finding a cellphone repair shop to properly diagnose my iPhone 6s properly. I walked in & lets just say I was able to leave there with my iPhone on as well as a new laptop !!! I recommend this place to anyone trying to get electronics fixed & honest service. He could have easily overcharged me & I would not have known. Thank God for good honest businessmen.

Great prices and great customer service. I was able to put an Apple computer on layaway which is unheard of in many computer stores. They have very flexible payment options and treat all of their customers with an impeccable customer focus. I will return for all of my future computer repairs, trade-ins etc. Very knowledgeable sales staff who will pair you with the right computer to fit your technology needs. Great job!!!

I took my laptop here to recycle it and the owner asked me what was wrong with it and I replied it was dead. He said it would diagnose it for free and I agreed. The next day he called me to say he could fix it and it just needed a new hard drive. So for $175 I got my computer fixed and upgraded just like it was new! Great place and nice, honest owner. Definitely recommend! He saved me from buying a bran new laptop!
